Good morning, thank you for this great video Mr. Rico. Quick questions….What if there’s no franchise brokerages near me? There’s only small companies. Should I move to a bigger city? (With no knowledge about neighborhoods)
Will joining a small brokerage be an error?
Also, thanks for the brokerage interview questions.
Great question! I would investigate those small brokerages to see what kind of training and resources they have for you first. If you find something you like and have a good gut feeling about it, then I would follow that instinct! But, if they aren't what you're looking for, move on to the bigger city, if it's within distance. Hope this helps, glad you enjoyed the video!
Thank you for reaching back. I am currently living in Watsonville, CA. It’s a small city and I’ve passed by the small brokers. These are small offices and when I pass by it’s always empty. I’m currently studying to take the exam. And I fear that I won’t find a good broker in this town 😬😬😬
I got this!!

Do y'all think it's possible to become a real estate agent for the state of Georgia if I live in Mexico?
If you're a US citizen, then you can get your license. But, I don't know how well you could do your job from Mexico. You could always be a referral agent for clients who are planning to move from Mexico to Georgia or help Georgia residents move to Mexico. Lots to think about!
I want to buy the crash course but I’m not sure if I should pay for the video crash course & state exam prep or the online state exam prep, any difference ? Can you give me direction
Of course! If you just want a video of the crash course, then I would recommend the video crash course & state exam prep. That will get you the video version of the crash course as well as our state exam prep package.
But if you want to take the crash course in-person or over Zoom, then you want our in-person or webinar crash course. Both comes with the online state exam prep.
I would recommend the videos if you want to revisit the crash course later before the exam. Otherwise, I think you'll really enjoy the in-person or webinar crash course option.
