Dearest Courting. This album has affected me deeply. I hope this reaches you because I want you to know how incredibly it has struck me. In particular, Uncanny Valley Forever. I have listened to that song dozens and dozens of times at this point. and almost every time it nearly brings me to tears. There are a few sounds in there that send chills up my spine no matter how many times i listen, such as the woodwind-esque synths that linger on a 7th, at one point, slightly detuned. the vocals on the resting tone... it is the most forlorn, heart wrenching chord I may have ever heard.
last thing, often times, recordings that explore too much of the high frequencies tend to cause me sensory overload, but somehow you guys manage to make even the most grating, sharp noises almost sweet. Be proud of yourselves. You've made an incredible piece of art.
