Steph, thank you for all of your advice. I came across your videos January 2021. My life has changed so much since then. I've tripled my salary by starting my career, finished my bachelor's degree, I'm currently working on my MBA which my employer is paying for. I'm daily driving my dream car, and everything around me is changing so much. It happened when my mindset shifted.. I went from wearing vans on the daily to florshiems. I'm now able to swing a 72lb kettlebell with a single hand multiple times. My bosses boss walked up to my desk and thanked me for my hard work today. I've only been at this new job for 4 months now and I had the highest numbers over people who have been there for over 20 years. Thank you Steph.

I am a 30+ year old dude, I was down in life, woman drama, job drama and I felt lost in life. 1st time I heard this guy talk, I heard his story on The Roomates Podcast (that I follow), and I followed Stephcold and watched 80% of his videos. And I literally mentally beat myself out for being a bitch. I remember, I got up, and started going to the gym. I leveled up with my body. I hated my job so much, but I said, fuck it! I worked hard at the job I hated till I got recognized! I put my ex wife in the rear view mirror and forced myself to focus on my grind. This was about 2 years ago. Now, the ex is trying to come back and be nice….. HELLL NO…. As @steph said, she is not at my level no more. I reside in Zambia, Africa. And one thing, women act the same which ever part of the world you are from. As a man, I chose to get ice cold, as I’ve never looked back.
