hey! don’t know if you’re still looking for an answer a year later, but it’s mostly just voicing/what you do with your throat. things to practice if looking to attain that gliss would be to just make sure the technique fingerwise is all there, and then practice voicing down the E as far down as it can go (around a Bb or an A). after that it’s just smushing the two techniques together, bending from either the A or the Ab to the E while physically gliding with your fingers.
