Made me chuckle too. Beyond what we've seen in ep32 just this Saturday, one Fullbringer in particular is extremely important to this arc later in the manga.
@@matyasofinvention6304 why yall dropping spoilers in the comments section of a dude that literally built his channel off the fact that he hasnt seen it?

@@MrMagnetron2A big reason also came from anime only watchers. If you read it in the manga as an arc between Karakura Town and TYBW, it works perfectly as a low stakes emotional adventure before the big storm, but for years, it was "the last arc" and it felt underwhelming as an anime ending for a lot of people

Idek why its so underrated. Ichigos character gets a lot of depth in this arc. And Ginjo was a great villain i was actually scared when he pulled up behind Ichigo lmao
Guess some people only care of flashing stuff but without the context it feel like half baked while we continue watch to know how characters deal regret after the arrancar arc.
Honestly, this is the only arc where the villains are just personally trying to harm Ichigo, like prior to them the only villain who truly had it out for Ichigo was grand fisher. Grimmjow just wanted a good fight, Ulquiorra was just following Aizen's orders, Aizen was just dealing with an obstacle in the way of his ambitions, Ginjo and Tsukishima straight up just wanted to ruin Ichigo's whole life. As a whole the two of them ended up being the most compelling villains in the series for me because they were just pure evil.
Personally LOVED fullbring. It's tropey for the MC to lose their power but this made it a whole story arc. From planet busting to just a normal dude. The most normal Ichigo has been in his whole life and I didn't get spoiled on the ending so I was hyped the whole way through
3:56 Chad's powers is a fullbring, and so is Orihimes. The way they got the powers was because of in the beginning Rukia had the Hogyoku implanted in her, and the Hogyoku has a will of its own, it listens and "helps" people close to it (their souls not their words), as Orihime and Chad felt powerless, the Hogyoku gave them powers in the form of fullbrings as they are human. The reason why Rukia lost all of her power in the beginning was also because of this, she still felt guilty about Kaien's death years after it happened, so as a response the Hogyoku gave all her powers to Ichigo.
I liked the Fullbring arc a lot despite its smaller scale, the emotional stakes were still incredibly high as you said. And seeing Ichigo's despair at having everything taken away from him helps give his character more depth. The downside is it does feel like a transition between two major 200+ chapter arcs (Arrancar and TYBW), so it's obviously not going to leave the same impact. But anyway, I'm glad you've enjoyed Bleach. It's been a lot of fun watching your reviews. You're almost caught up now and will join the weekly squad soon. :)

One of the things i really enjoyed back in the day for this arc was ichigo not knowing what to do with his life now. Everyone has jobs and preparing for universities etc. He was a just an aimless part timer. Spoke to being around the same age with the same issues. Things are real in the way JJK and yu yu hakasho are. The reason the arc get a bad rap is because of the week format of manga people hated the tone shift. They only wanted fights and bankai reveals, a lot of fans were mainstream anime enjoyers and for them something needs to be bad or the worst. With everything out at once its much easier to appreciate.
Dude i dont really comment a lot but re experiencing this arc with your video and the moment you said about ichigo asking ginjo if he could kill tsukishima and the whole video was too good Really love your videos Upload the tybw video soon
I love the fullbringer arc mainly because of the mystery factor in the early episodes. I also love how self contained it is. I think its probably my favorite arc.
Also rq both orihime and Chad's powers are fullbringer powers. They developed through their closeness with the hogyoku as well as to ichigos immense spiritual pressure. Also Chad's familiarity with the fullbringers came from his desire to be stronger and able to fight by ichigos side. It likely happened during the brief timeskip between the Aizen fight and the start of the fullbringer arc.
very good arc, very well produced, very nice to read since kubo's panelling and pacing are amazing, i felt like something bad was about to happen for most of the arc, the plot-twist on ginjo being a villain was nice, tsukishima was a nice villain, ichigo got a lot of development and we actually get some insight on his character depth not to mention it's quite an emotional arc and emotion is very important in a story
I stumbled upon your very first bleach video like maybe a month or two ago and I left a comment there but I’m glad you’re finally coming on your way to the TYBW arc and it’s great to see not only you but other people seeing/enjoying bleach for what it is and that alone makes me happy :)
Bleach is so good lol, and ever since that first video the Bleach community has been extremely kind and supportive. theyve been helping me pick up on details that i would’ve missed if i was watching by myself so im glad people are so willing to share the Bleach journey with me. truly peak and thats before TYBW
This arc really touches on probably why now I really like stylish supernatural manga set in modern times like Dandadan, Beelzebub and Reborn. I know some came before and after this particular arc but it really has a vibe to it that I feel really stands out... Also I was a huge The World Ends With You fan as a teenager reading this arc... so yeah that explains it too.
Its been SO awesome watching your journey watching bleach, and it reminds me when i started after TYBW was announced, I am still excited to see you post your reactions to tybw parts 1-3!! Also i personally really enjoyed the fullbringer arc and it's underrated
Everything that you’ve said throughout all your videos are exactly why I love bleach! Good to see another person get into the bleach fandom and glad you enjoyed the fullbringer arc even though it gets a lot of slack. Can’t wait for your reactions to the TYBW arc
I remember reading these chapters as they came out and watching it when they first aired, but it wasn't until my rewatch a couple years ago that I fully enjoyed the Fullbringer arc. I can't blame people for not liking it since I literally was that person for a decade.
It sucked waiting for that decade, but realistically, I'm glad it took that long. The animation they're able to pull off these days puts the TYBW above anything it could've been back in the day.
When Part 3 ends and you’re waiting for Part 4, definitely check out Movie 1, Memories of Nobody (it’s canon 😁), it’s a beautiful love letter to Bleach as a whole and just a good flick. And also check out the Zanpakuto Rebellion arc (eps. 230-255) and the Invading Army arc (eps 317-343). The former has a legitimately interesting story and a whole ton of lore for the captains and their Zanpakutos. While the latter has the best animation and fight choreography the series had ever seen til TYBW. Just my suggestions 😊 Glad you enjoyed Bleach!
I love how this arc focus on Ichigo and his friend conflict, first of all u need to remember that all of them are just a Kid!! They are 15 years old teenager who was force into this confusing world! Ichigo and his friend was has been through everything, fighting Monster, supernatural shit, even near death experience! But even after all that they all just teenagers! Im glad Kubo focus more unto this part because this was also another reason why i find Bleach interesting! They are a Teenager with supernatural ability who was force into this conflict and trying to protect the world. And the conclusion to this arc was a great payoff to me. And damnnnnn I can't believe u finally catching with bleach just in a MONTH, crazy. I wish i can catch up to one piece with this kind of dedication. Great Job, keep it up Mespy.
I like the Fullbring arc overall but my problem is how Kubo left out Ginjo's backstory/motivation. It is revealed in the Cant Fear Your Own World light novels and if they kept that in it would have been so much better. His hatred of Soul Society makes so much more sense, in the manga and anime it just seemed like he was angry that they were spying on him and didnt trust him.
i also like how Ichigo finally improves on his spirit control in this arc. which was his biggest weak point. which in turn gave him a massive power up when the season came to its climax.
I've been excited about this video ! I really enjoy the Fullbring arc, but I think that has to do with the fact that I absolutely love the way Ichigo's character kinda gets expanded upon and a lot of foreshadowing :) it will all make sense in TYBW ^-^ honestly the fact that you're catching up on Bleach while TYBW is still ongoing is very cool !
@Mespyy I know I've said it in every comment so far, but I love seeing your journey through Bleach ! Like as someone who witnessed it go on hiatus and also witnessing the return I absolute love hearing and seeing people get into my favourite show ^-^ and you're SO fucking understanding towards a lot of the writer choices which makes listened to you talk about the different arcs quite a nice experience ^-^ can't wait to hear about the different TYBW parts :)
Honestly, a Vod or reaction for Thousand Year Blood war alongside these normal review vidoes would be insane as TYBW just has such insane drops you can't really replication reactions with some of the events that happen
Bros favorite transformation was yoruichi 😂😂 bro I was so surprised when I got to that episode but can’t wait till you start that tybw arc it was fire I was so hype your gonna love it its probably gonna be top 3 if not it’s top 5 in favorite arcs
Yoruichi at number 1 transformation. GOATed! Trying not to spoil, but at this rate come Cour 4 of TYBW, you’ll have a new #1 transformation. Especially if they do the thing. No spoilers But yeah, this arc is definitely a different cup of tea compared to all the previous ones. Really went back to basics. Whether or not you love the emotional aspect and not the hype aspect determines how much you love this arc. Personally, I think I have to place it at number 1 for me because of the emotional. That’s actually kinda the debate right now in the community for top two episodes in TYBW(minus Cour 3 as we’re still watching it). One episode is a pure hype and spectacle with just awesome fighting. The episode right after that one is an emotional roller coaster with only really a short fight but man do you feel it. Back to the Fullbring Arc, yeah so Ichigo was being watched an limited by his pass. That was the hint Kubo gave us in the Chapter Sketches. During Ichigo’s full Hollow transformation against Ulquiorra, Kubo drew the combat pass broken. Hinting that it limited his power this entire time. Poor Ichigo, blud was really getting dogged on for no reason because he was limited to Shikai strength in Bankai. Now just curious if you’re going to be covering TYBW by Cour or just covering what’s already released as you been speed running this show. Respectable. Oh! Forgot to mention, you should watch the first movie. You can watch the others as well, but the first is actually somewhat relevant now. And also, if you feel like watching more Bleach, the fillers are also there. Consensus is that they’re pretty good actually. Just sucked about their placement.
The Fullbring Arc was actually pretty good. Just because it didn’t have the massive story bits like previous arcs, it was very good at driving home Ichigo’s mental state post Aizen Arc, and after ‘almost’ losing his family. With that being said…WELCOME TO TYBW ARC MY BOY! As someone who was anime only, I thought Bleach was never coming back. This arc is going to be pure Cinema for you as it was for me, and all Bleach Fans. Can’t wait to see your video on it! Keep it up bro🎉🔥
thats a good idea, i think i can review each episode individually but within one big video if that makes sense. it depends on the pacing of TYBW though because ik its fast so theres gonna be a lot to talk about. but when i catch up to part 3 im definitely gonna make individual reviews for each episode
I enjoy the arc for its development of Ichigo and the Soul Society. It explores that desperate powerless Ichigo we saw at the beginning of the Arrancar arc while also showing two different sides of the Soul Society. I think Xcution and the concept of Fullbring (in relation to the rest of Bleach) could have been fleshed out more, but the claim many people have of it feeling like "filler" does feel forced. It's character is more important than its substance. One thing that I wanted to point out is that Tsukishima's ability doesn't just change memories. During his fight with Byakuya he reveals that it can change his relation to the past of even inanimate objects.
This arc is beautiful it shows the simple things the character dynamics the emotional peaks and valleys of Ichigo and his main cast. Tsukishima has my favorite ability in the entire series it is very solid and its character and emotional depth first fights and flashy scenes second approach is beautiful
Tsukishimas Book of End seems broken from the description he gave us. I wasn't sure if we would see the Fullbringers back in TYBW because I saw people saying this arc was filler (it most definitely was not) but now that he's been confirmed in TYBW im excited to see the role he plays
4:00 chads ability is his fullbring power, its a manifestation of power using an object hes grown a fond attachment to which is his skin since it represents his heritage that hes proud of
This arc is so alienated during its manga running and anime airing to even the fans. Cause it became a little slice-of-life, a bit mystery here and there with the new cast, no soul reaper-hollow related, smaller action, no heavy fight but emotional heavy and so much questions . And believe me, for youngsters, teenagers , typically shonen ,they really dont like these kind of things, especially the questionable stuff, which making the bleach popularity and rating plummeted. But when the fan grow up, they become adult and rewatch or reread this arc, only then they realise and appreciate how Kubo's story is ahead of its time. It's so original and fresh cause no such a fighting shonen manga will change into this heavy inner feeling theme and storyline
Yeah the thing that the Fullbring arc has going against it is the fact that it's sandwiched in between two of the best arcs in the series, so it has a kind of tonal whiplash to it. That being said, I think this arc really encapsulated and brought home exactly what Bleach is about. Relationships and what they mean to Ichigo, and the lengths that he has to go to in order to protect them from people while he's just minding his business. Also the psychological horror in this arc is TOP tier. I mean, imagine everyone in your life being turned against you while you're powerless to do anything about it. That panel where Ichigo thought that he lost his dad and Urahara too and breaks down might be my favorite of the whole series. So raw.
It's because this arc feel more like a stepping stone arc between the arrancar and quincy saga rather than a connecting bridge between them. Tho in the long run it's a good thing that bleach anime get put on hiatus after this arc failed to meet fans expectation because of that we got the uncensored anime version with additional anime only scene of tybw arc.
Mespy's next video: Bleach TYBW Peak Shonen Great video but before you blaze through all of TYBW they do mention something that happens in the first movie in the current season airing. If you care to be caught up with the entire story, you could check out the first movie
@@Mespyy the first one got semi cannonised, Worth checking out. Also the fourth movie hell verse has a short remake of ichigo vs ulquiorra. Kubo said that fight was more close to his vision.
Sorry so late, I was watching a stream and for some reason notification didn't show up. Before I watch, I'm going to say the arc is a lot of times forgotten, and I see why, but it has really great world-building and character development for some characters from what I remember. But I would be lying if I said I remember everything. I forgot some stuff from it, but remember it as a really good, 8/10 arc.
no worries ofc, thank you and im glad you enjoy these uploads theyre fun for me to make. the world building and the character development were the best parts of this arc for sure, but people coming off the Aizen fight and expecting this to be another fight centric arc i can see why they would be disappointed. i also saw your other comment about the structure ill use through TYBW, i think ill make 3 videos, one for Part 1, 2, and catching up to 3, and i will try to breakdown those videos by reviewing each episode of the season within the overarching video
For me it is important to notice that they didnt need so many high-level shinigami to beat those fullbringers. They took 3 captains and 3 luitenants in case Ichigo goes wild against Soul Society. In Yamamoto mind it went probably like „we restore your power so we repaid our debt, but if u choose to go rouge then we kill you”. Thats how i see it.
Hot take: The Fullbring Arc is my favorite arc of Bleach. Sure, it's not as flashy as the Soul Society Arc or the Arrancar Saga, but it's still perfect. It puts aside the shonen fighting for a while and instead focuses on character-building. This arc is really where Tite Kubo shows that he isn't just a flashy sword fighting artist, he's a storyteller. He breaks Ichigo down to his lowest point of the entire series and rebuilds him up as an even more interesting character. I also find Ginjo and Tsukishima as far more compelling villains than Aizen, although Aizen is definitely a "better" or more threatening villain. Whereas Aizen just kind of is evil, we learn that Ginjo was good until he felt betrayed by the Soul Society because they were spying on him and lied to him about the Combat Pass. And the scene where Ginjo just creepily smiles behind Ichigo after his villain reveal? Straight chills. I also got some real horror vibes when Tsukishima turned all of Ichigo's friends against him. What a fantastic arc that shows how talented Kubo is outside of just standard shonen.
Damn, After that Fullbringer arc recap, I realize there's a lot of depth to my glorious majestic king Ichigo's character. Thanks for the reminder and this arc really is underrated. Though I still like Soul Society more, TYBW is peak fiction.
I loved this arc, ichigo went through it. It was very tame and the peaks of this arc are very high, I think it does alot to build up ichigo power and let him grow so much as a character
You’re very fortunate to not have waited years before bleach continued during its long ass hiatus. I’ve rewatched bleach so many times, it never gets old. I only just found out recently that part 3 of the thousand-year blood war arc is out so i’m about to get some food and start watching whilst at work😂 just curious tho, did you skip the fillers? they’re not half bad tbh.
yea actually i need to watch the openings and endings, ive been skipping most because i didnt know if the openings spoiled. i dont think anything is going to top opening 1 for me though, i like older sounding openings like Asterisk
Question: Are you going to upload thoughts on every TYBW season, or when you're caught up to the newest episode? Hearing you say you're going to be uploading fast, I'm guessing every season, one upload or uploading whenever you want. Great commentary, and great video as always, can't wait for the next one.
I love this arc so much, it came after Bleach had been on hiatus for a while so it felt like almost a soft reboot with a new animation style and then the storyline almost feels like a modern day reboot story. Ichigo loses his powers, finds out he had the strength in him all along, except that strength is then stolen from him. I really love the mirroring from the first season; Rukia giving him his soul reaper powers, except this time it’s because he needs her help. When he first got them it was because Rukia needed him to help her. Then instead of an assault on the soul society to save his friend, the soul society comes to help him save his friends. The fight between Ginjo and Ichigo mirrors Ichigo’s fight with Byakuya, him even doing the same excessive flash step around him, complete with a bankai reveal. I really fuckin love this arc.
It's so cool how the tone changes, i personally love it. it's a distilled piece of what made bleach different than other shonen, unfortunately it was in shonen so it gets hate from the shonen fanboys. Stepping back from the wolrd ending villain was av good thing as well, too many series can't handle that, and keep upping the stakes until they've gone too far. It's not an emotional peak of the show, it's the absolute emotional low of the story. The tension wasn't really about ginjo and his plot, it was all about Ichigo being unable to protect his loved ones and how he really felt. Up until that point, it seemed like he didn't really care that much about his powers, they were just the means to protect the people he loved, and afterwards it seems like he really has an appreciation for what he had. Plus it was the sharpest animation at that point in the series.
You gonna love thousand year blood war. All the censorship that plagued og bleach is gone. The studio was like "Bleach's target audience was around 14-16. Its been 10 years. The fans are adults now. Give them all of Kubo's uncensored beautiful gory vision." like legit the blood war arc one of the most violent shonen I seen. Also the animation and art is so fire. ALso remember how in last video you said you cant wait for Yamamoto to show out and get active? He pops off this arc. No spoilers, but Yama is tha GOAT
I think one of the pest things about that arc is that it's really developed Ichigo's character a lot then previous arcs did. Like you can emphataise with Ichigo that's one of the main thing especially in the end. It has a lot of weak points but overall i enjoyed this arc so much especially in the end where Ichigo saying goodbye to Rukia and final shot with Ichigo was just great and peak fiction. I don't agree with some people saying the ending of Fullbringer arc is the best way to end the show" that's not true. After Fullbringer Arc i can say ta Ichigo in one of my top 3 no one of my favourite shonen protagonits not only in big three but in shonen period! Can't wair for your TYBW arc review. It will be tought because a lot of people don't like this arc but we're in Endgame in Bleach now, for real. And it's gonna be interesting!
The peak of this arc is easily comparable to the peak of arrancar saga and yes i am talking about the level of peak with ulquiorra and aizen section . I have this arc above soul society comfortably. On a second watch it hits even harder. The problem with its are minor infront of what its does for the story. The theme of despair, hope and loneliness is done very well. Ginjo and tsukishima are also good antagonists.
I love the narrative of this arc but I just wish it was a little longer. Give the time dude a better explanation and showcase of his ability. Give uryu a bigger role in the final fight. Let us see Chads progress with his training. You could stretch this arc 3 or 4 more episodes to make it so much better.
The fullbring arc is so overhated, it was decent idk why so many people describe it's like the worst thing in fiction And I actually can't belive that you finished it in less then a week that's insane Edit: 16:13 its like calm before the storm, ur about to be jumpin around ur room every tybw ep
While it doesn’t hit the same highs as the previous arc, it also is no where close to its lows. This is definitely top 3 arcs for me personally. I think the fights make sense cuz the fullbringers are a weaker group and shouldn’t compare to soul reapers at all. This arc really puts ichigo in the for front again and I loved it. It’s a good length and has interesting points. Everything surrounding the pass makes sense and I can 100% understand why the soul reapers would do such a thing. The last episodes are PEAK. Sorry for the rant.
peak rant, also the first sentence is exactly right. i love the peaks of the arrancar arc but it also has the lowest points in the series. fullbringer doesnt hit those peaks but it also doesn't come close to those lows which is why im torn between those two arcs
Underrated it was like 8 or a 7.5 to say the least Because it was different and interesting to know it was another substitute soul reaper plus it was Ichigo at his lowest he actually was screaming and crying on da floor 😐
my favorite part of this arc was when the fullbringers wanted to jump him and the soul reapers came in like “we ain’t doing all that” that’s they boy fr
Since you're going to be all caught up with the rest of us and have to wait 1 week before a new episode drops, is there a chance you will do some filler arcs? I liked the zanpakuto rebellion one the best personally.
When ichigo and friend first arrived at heco mundo. Chad remarked that its a familiar sensation as almost he came back home. Fullbringers have hollow like powers. Foreshadowing of chad being a fullbringer.
After you catch up with TYBW I'd say check out Burn the Witch. Its another Kubos creation but it got like 3 episodes to get people into manga. Apparently takes place in bleach verse but hard to say when/where etc.

I HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED THE VIDEO YET BUT LET'S GO YOU MADE IT TO PEAK
its crazy i didnt expect to catch up before Part 3 finished 😭 im so hype for it
i love this arc because the settings in karakura town is just comforting and nostalgic to me, reminded me of the early bleach days.
Well you made it to TYBW can't wait and at this rate you'll catch up before cour 3 is finished, ep 6/13 dropped this Saturday.
Glad to be part of ur og bleach journey my guy
I liked the Fullbring arc a lot despite its smaller scale, the emotional stakes were still incredibly high as you said. And seeing Ichigo's despair at having everything taken away from him helps give his character more depth.
The downside is it does feel like a transition between two major 200+ chapter arcs (Arrancar and TYBW), so it's obviously not going to leave the same impact.
But anyway, I'm glad you've enjoyed Bleach. It's been a lot of fun watching your reviews. You're almost caught up now and will join the weekly squad soon. :)
bro stay dropping peak cant wait for tybw
bro im probably gonna finish part 1 today or tomorrow depending on how much time i have and get started on another vid as soon as i can, ive been waiting to get here and if its the best arc in Bleach then i already know im gonna fly through it
@@MespyyTYBW is on Soul society arc leve if not better, Kubo is heavily involved to add anime only scenes as the manga was a little rushed, there's no censorship and the animation gets better for every episode
@@shockhorn81 they censored the best line!!!
@@lyebatenkaitosofgluttony2452 I haven't read the manga in awhile which chapter/episode are you referring to? True there's still some censorship but it's better than OG Bleach
@@shockhorn81 I'm talking about Yumichika's conversation with Giselle and the line he says to her that makes her angry and has her summon Bambi to kill him
Oh my am i excited about you startng TYBW youre going to absolutely love it
One of the things i really enjoyed back in the day for this arc was ichigo not knowing what to do with his life now.
It has been great to see your journey in OG Bleach
Can't Wait for your TYBW videos
Dude i dont really comment a lot but re experiencing this arc with your video and the moment you said about ichigo asking ginjo if he could kill tsukishima and the whole video was too good
Really love your videos
Upload the tybw video soon
You're getting blown away by tybw (hopefully), every episode is such a banger. I genuinely can't point out one bad episode
It likely happened during the brief timeskip between the Aizen fight and the start of the fullbringer arc.
very good arc, very well produced, very nice to read since kubo's panelling and pacing are amazing, i felt like something bad was about to happen for most of the arc, the plot-twist on ginjo being a villain was nice, tsukishima was a nice villain, ichigo got a lot of development and we actually get some insight on his character depth
not to mention it's quite an emotional arc and emotion is very important in a story
not gonna lie fullbring arc my second fav
very valid, someone else commented with fullbring at 2 after TYBW. there hasnt been a single Bleach arc that i didnt enjoy
I stumbled upon your very first bleach video like maybe a month or two ago and I left a comment there but I’m glad you’re finally coming on your way to the TYBW arc and it’s great to see not only you but other people seeing/enjoying bleach for what it is and that alone makes me happy :)
Bleach is so good lol, and ever since that first video the Bleach community has been extremely kind and supportive. theyve been helping me pick up on details that i would’ve missed if i was watching by myself so im glad people are so willing to share the Bleach journey with me. truly peak and thats before TYBW
nice relaxing break before tybw
I love this series, feels like I’m rewatching bleach
It took me a full year to watch Bleach 😭 and you watched it in a month, impressive 👏🏾
Speedrunning Bleach is crazy. But I appreciate the catchup! I was thinking of rewatching this arc because I forgot a lot of it.
I have to say, your timing is impeccable. Just as the video was about to end, you did your thing. I guess we agree, lol.
Man is speed running bleach you can tell he is really enjoying it
I like the Fullbring arc overall but my problem is how Kubo left out Ginjo's backstory/motivation. It is revealed in the Cant Fear Your Own World light novels and if they kept that in it would have been so much better. His hatred of Soul Society makes so much more sense, in the manga and anime it just seemed like he was angry that they were spying on him and didnt trust him.
Glad to hear you are giving cred to the dub. Johnny Young Bosch one of my favourite dub VA
Hyped for TYBW videos, can't believe you're already there!
Tsukishima and Riruka are the best characters here!
we have similar lists. imo my favorite fullbringers were riruka, ginjo, and tsukishima in that order
Yo when you catch up will you do weekly episode vids or wait for a few episodes ? Love the vids man keep going at it
thank you, i think ill drop a weekly vid everytime a new episode drops while also making more bleach/anime videos
@ awesome bro !
Watching your progression through the show is such a treat for OG fans. I'm reliving it with you and loving every second of this, well done sir. ✌
Banger as always bro i be so hype for these 😂
i also like how Ichigo finally improves on his spirit control in this arc. which was his biggest weak point. which in turn gave him a massive power up when the season came to its climax.
MESPY UPLOAD LETSGO
I really love the Ginjo Ichigo dynamic during that fight
chad's power is fullbring so is orihime's, every ability or "move" we have seen them perform is their fullbring
it makes sense, i remember chad went into training in this arc but we didn’t see him showcase anything new. im assuming that was prep for TYBW
I've been excited about this video ! I really enjoy the Fullbring arc, but I think that has to do with the fact that I absolutely love the way Ichigo's character kinda gets expanded upon and a lot of foreshadowing :) it will all make sense in TYBW ^-^ honestly the fact that you're catching up on Bleach while TYBW is still ongoing is very cool !
i loved seeing ichigos journey in this arc aswell, Kubo really tapped into a whole different genre this arc and it was still amazing
@Mespyy I know I've said it in every comment so far, but I love seeing your journey through Bleach ! Like as someone who witnessed it go on hiatus and also witnessing the return I absolute love hearing and seeing people get into my favourite show ^-^ and you're SO fucking understanding towards a lot of the writer choices which makes listened to you talk about the different arcs quite a nice experience ^-^ can't wait to hear about the different TYBW parts :)
love your vids glad you enjoyed one of the best anime out there
Bro is finally caught up! Ate 200+ episodes in a month that’s wild.
Enjoy the peak that is the TYBW.
No spoilers
But yeah, this arc is definitely a different cup of tea compared to all the previous ones.
Tybw videos are going to be fire.
Can you review each episode individually for tybw arc?
Either way im here for it.
thats a good idea, i think i can review each episode individually but within one big video if that makes sense. it depends on the pacing of TYBW though because ik its fast so theres gonna be a lot to talk about. but when i catch up to part 3 im definitely gonna make individual reviews for each episode
Brooo we are hyped for the TYBW arc🔥
Its gonna bloww ur minddd🔥🔥🔥
Mespy's next video: Bleach TYBW Peak Shonen
Great video but before you blaze through all of TYBW they do mention something that happens in the first movie in the current season airing. If you care to be caught up with the entire story, you could check out the first movie
thank you, i thought all the movies were filler but ill watch the movie for sure
@@Mespyy the first one got semi cannonised, Worth checking out. Also the fourth movie hell verse has a short remake of ichigo vs ulquiorra. Kubo said that fight was more close to his vision.
TYBW fans: True Shikai + HoS is the best form
Aizen fans: Dangai + Mugetsu is the best form
Me: Fullbringer Bankai 🖤
yoruichi's human form for #1 favorite transformation (16:30)
absolute cinema
The captains entrance in the last episode was so peak
For me it is important to notice that they didnt need so many high-level shinigami to beat those fullbringers. They took 3 captains and 3 luitenants in case Ichigo goes wild against Soul Society. In Yamamoto mind it went probably like „we restore your power so we repaid our debt, but if u choose to go rouge then we kill you”. Thats how i see it.
one of my fav arcs in bleach, personally i prefer this over aizen arc, its like bleachs thriller movie
Can't wait to see the tybw reactions.
I'm glad you watched this in Sub.
The animation of this arc was probably my favourite in all of Bleach, so clean 🔥
Wow Mespy finally TYBW arc 😎✅
You are about to tweak the F up. 😂
Let's go, we're finally welcoming TYBW!
You’re very fortunate to not have waited years before bleach continued during its long ass hiatus. I’ve rewatched bleach so many times, it never gets old. I only just found out recently that part 3 of the thousand-year blood war arc is out so i’m about to get some food and start watching whilst at work😂 just curious tho, did you skip the fillers? they’re not half bad tbh.
another mespy banger
After catching up to TYBW, can you also do a reaction vid for all the openings and endings?
yea actually i need to watch the openings and endings, ive been skipping most because i didnt know if the openings spoiled. i dont think anything is going to top opening 1 for me though, i like older sounding openings like Asterisk
Most underrated channel
thank you!
@Mespyy 💯 man, I'm going to slowly watch theese videos to savor them 👨🍳💋🤏
Question: Are you going to upload thoughts on every TYBW season, or when you're caught up to the newest episode?
My first time around it was okay but as it settled in time I grew to really like this arc cause it really shows progress made in ichigos character
This arc, imo reminds me a lot of the very first one in a lot of ways. It's like Bleach getting back to its roots in order to further the story
Awesome, you are very close to the tybw Arc. It is the next arc
I really liked the fullbring glad you did too. Are you going to review after every part of the TYBW or just when you catch up?
The fullbring arc is so overhated, it was decent idk why so many people describe it's like the worst thing in fiction
And I actually can't belive that you finished it in less then a week that's insane
Edit: 16:13 its like calm before the storm, ur about to be jumpin around ur room every tybw ep
