In the final version of the game, you can get stuck in the underground at the end of the level by activating the nitro detonator box while diving underground. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't but when it does, you can maneuver around the entire level while still underground. You can die by going under the warp room. Haven't had luck doing the glitch lately but I managed to do it a few times when the game was new.
