I'd recommend trying molasses with tahini sauce: 2 Tbsp of molasses /w 1 Tbsp of Tahini. It's an Egyptian recipe which boost your energy, and above all it's mouthwatering.

Sory but rum is brown because of barrel aging no the molasses. Distillation process always produces clear liquid.
