Gents....you are saying a lot that hits home with me. I am staff accountant at small firm. 4 staff members 3 partners, you are correct "partner" is a code for high paying jobs. I was offered equity piece of firm back in 2019. I said no.
This is my first time hearing partners make this much
Partner in top 60firm. Dont make half of the average stated. Work life balance sucks. Would rather be a senior manager.
