Jetson. My name is Andrew. I recently purchased a Jetson Axle. My concerns are that I cannot find any parts on the internet or any information at all about this product. Only one or two of "not so" informative things. Has it been discontinued? If so, I would like to return with great disappointment. If this is not the case. I would please like a full price list of parts and how to order them. Also I would like to know the production history. Some actual background information. So far I like the product. However, I don't like the lack of information. I'm sure if the Jetson company believes in their products, there should be no problem obtaining this information. Why the F! are the bolts made of plastic? DId you really save that much money for 2 F'in bolts? Bolt broke off in the end, and can't even use the spare PLASTIC bolt. Trying to take the frame off, to attempt to fix the broken off plastic bolt, and the 2 nuts popped out of the seat. Wow. Its getting returned. Complete PoS. Do NOT buy!

Worst hover board, do not buy. Very expensive, and not self balancing. You can get better ones for less. This one is only meant to be used with the cart attached, not on its own, even though it says you can it's extremely difficult. The thing wants to take off immediately
Hey there, the Remix Hoverboard can be used without the jetkart attachment. If you are having balancing issues, it sounds like your board might need to be recalibrated. Here are the correct recalibration steps: ** Please make sure there is NO weight on the board during this process (you may want to rest the device against the wall) and the wheels are level (you may need to physically move the pedals level)** Remove any kart attachment from the hoverboard. 1. Make sure the board is off and on a flat surface. 2. Hold the power button for 15 seconds until the unit starts to beep and the light begins to flash. Then let go. 3. Next, turn the board off and wait for 5-10 seconds. Please repeat these steps THREE times in a row for a hard reset before trying the device. Hi there, the Remix is Bluetooth compatible! Using the power button, turn on your Jetson product. In the settings section of your phone or handheld tablet, make sure that Bluetooth is enabled. In the Bluetooth settings section of your phone or tablet, look for your Jetson product and select it. Your Jetson and your phone should now be connected! Hope this helps!

Your app is terrible and when I try to contact for help because your buggy hoverboard doesn’t want to connect it tells me that your staff is on break no matter what time of day it is. You must have some really lazy staff if they are t even doing their job at 12:00

It depends on the riders height but this product is for ages 12 and up.

12:00 is usually lunchtime at most businesses. Sucks when snarky comments backfire doesn’t it?
PalmTree the Remix hoverboard is not app compatible if that’s what your having issues with.
