@Hooked-On-Fishing4 unfortunately buddy, it's a published image, the national press now own rights to the image and its actually liable to copyright infringement unfortunately, 2 have been fined this week already for using the image

Yeah it will take a while to fix like that’s for sure it got battered by the storm! I’m hearing that they was people fishing on south shields pier yesterday I seen pictures online madness and I suspect the gate is closed so they must have climbed around and got on the pier
