john doe 💯 Takes the most energy as well so if you can master it. Your stamina goes up so much higher. Uses mostly all of the muscles compared other sports.
Mr. Mayhem it 100% takes a ton of energy. Even worse, I think it takes the most energy for guys unfamiliar with it. Because in wrestling you have to react in a split second before you’re in a bad position that is going to be very hard to come back from. For noobs the only way they know to get out is by exploding and that really drains them.
