I just received mine. They sound way better once you go through the EQ settings. Bass up is really handy to have in the Soundcore app. Once you do this you’ll love them even more. Also HearID is great for creating an EQ specific to your hearing.
Awesome tip. After this video I realized I never looked at the app! If I make a more detailed review in the future I will definitely mention this. I got a nice eq off Reddit!
Yea I just got mine and adjusting EQ is a must. It took me like 5 minutes but I got the best sound for my preference! They sound way better than factory settings/quality! I recommend tweaking EQ. Listen to high res music sound really good, clarity is nice. Overall these are very decent for casual listeners and movie watchers.

Is the m50x really better than these? I've been thinking of getting the q45 since i tried the soundcore a20i earbuds and they sound great with such a cheap price. They have a well balanced sound signature unlike more expensive earbuds which tend to drown out the mids (no idea why).
Even the m50xbt2 which i got recently, i had to adjust the eq to get my desired sound but i understand that they naturally have a flat sound profile out the box for audio monitoring. But its been 10 years since the m50x release and i think soundcore might be good for their price.
Soundcore is definitely great for the price. With the ANC, battery life, and sound quality. Nothing can really beat it there.
In my opinion, the m50x (wired and through an audio interface in my case) sounded a lot better to me. I’ve been using these for maybe 7 years now (gaming, listening to music, producing music) so maybe it’s just what I am used to.
Everything felt so much clearer when I had the m50x on as compared to the q45 where I felt like I had to really listen for these same sounds.
In the end, sound is your preference. The good thing today is that if you don’t like something, you can just send it back!

@@HumbleBeing5255 well, this pair (Q45) is one of the best ones out there around the price point. There are some Beats Studio pros I’ve seen drop down to a similar price as well. Those could be some good options.

Unfortunately I am a small channel so I won’t be able to do a physical comparison 😅. I can tell you that the xm4 is better in terms of sound quality and ANC. If you can spare the extra $100 go with the Sonys.
The space q45 will win in the value department. For half the price you get a very solid pair of headphones but won’t be at the same level as Sony.
I got these for $75 because I used a coupon on tik tok shop. It was originally $100 and then the coupon got it down to $75!
Tik tok shop is new so they are giving out great deals to keep users coming back in the future

@@autumnatic6507 I would go with sony too if money wasn’t any issue. They’ve been in the audio game for so long it’s hard not to go with them.
I don’t use tik tok other than posting my vids haha. If you want some good deals, you could take advantage of their shop while it’s new
The Sony are more comfortable, sound better, and the ANC is more stable. The Q45 bass response is a bit weird if you have ANC on and then move around.
I went with the Sony after some trial and error.

Q35 or 45 for sound quality?
Good question. I don’t own the Q35 but from what I’ve seen online, the Q35 actually has better sound quality while the 45 has better noise cancellation.
for the sound comparison, its abit unfair since your using the soundcore wirelessly while you compare it to a wired M50x

I don't think I'd listen much to someone who compares just out of the box headphones to the ones that were in use for quite some time, cost x5-10 and are connected by cord.
This was my first impressions. Giving a full review in the future.
Because we were comparing these to some of the top tier headphones, I wanted to compare to the best of the best.
