At least in the US, French Open is kind of the odd child in terms of the GS. I suspect that has something to do with Americans not typically doing well there. Serena being the exception of course (even though her FO record pales in comparison to the other 3 as well).
@@foundgrace82 Amen. I was reading a long & quite tiresome thread of why Steffi Graf is the greatest player and why not Serena. To be honest, that G.O.A.T conversation is pointless, however, the fact is that Serena & to an equal extent Venus have a complete profile (singles, doubles & mixed doubles). I have on many occasions debated with friends that Venus is the greatest of all-time.
@@NevaUndaPressure someone posted somewhere that Serena has played less than Graff to get what Graff has,not sure about that, but i know she had lots of stuff to deal, injuries, depression family loss
