I’m really really liking your content, man!! As someone who’s about to start on this business is really refreshing and comforting to find someone who explains things as they are and doesn’t try to show off or portray themselves as someone who has all the answers and you should listen to them bc they know everything there is to know. Just a very genuine guy you can have a conversation with. Keep it up dude.
Thanks so much Daniel 🙏
I am just starting in this industry and I am super excited about it. Thanks for always sharing your detailed advice it has been super helpful.
Nice! Excited for you. How are things going so far?
Really useful tips to be honest without over complicating things. I am planning to take some shots when I move into my new house as a sort of tour video and your videos have been helping me learn so much before I begin! Keep it up.
Thanks!! That’s a great way to get going 😁
Thank you so much. Truly practical tips that can make a real difference. I am going to do some static shots from now on.
Nice!! They can definitely compliment the gimbal moves.
Another opportunity sometimes "foiled" is in missing the natural motion in a shot: e.g. If there is motion occurring naturally like a car passing through,. a boat passing by or moving slightly at the dock, the wind blowing sheer curtains or flower blossoms, etc., try letting that motion carry the shot. Instead of panning, keep your camera motionless or alternatively choose to tilt down to reveal that naturally occurring action. This can trigger the viewer's engagement, allowing them to enjoy an otherwise less subtle benefit connected to this property. Instead of competing, let the natural action carry the shot.
Great tip! Love catching natural movement
It’s great that a lot of these compositional techniques carry over to videography as a whole as well. Another good video sir. I hope all is well!
Thanks man! Trying to tie the two together ;) lol
Excellent tips Master Taylor, I´m starting my marketing business here in México and this is gold, keep it up!
Awesome! Congrats
Great advice Taylor! And huge thanks for all the work you put into your channel 🙏👏
Thanks !! How are things going over there for you ??
@@TaylorBrownPhotoVideo Market is good here in the UK. I've been shooting real estate for almost 15 years, but we never stop learning! Your channel has so much valuable information and really enjoy your content 🏡👏
Excellent simple yet very important points, thank you Taylor
Thanks! Glad to hear that.
Very nice tips, so obvious when pointed out 😊 Maybe with the none moving shots to give them life is a tap (faucet) running or flowers swaying in the breeze etc.
Thanks! Love showing natural movement with a static shot 👌👌
Thank you Taylor! Great information
Glad it was helpful!
Awesome video !! Mega guilty of the last one, because it's easy to add movement! Love the approach behind these tips, especially the first one !
lol definitely wasn't targeted toward you or anything ;)
Thanks for the BTS + Thumbnail BTW !
Excellent tips! I will try them out in my next shoot!
Have fun!
The third tip is golden! Will start doing that on my videos. Great video
Glad you enjoyed the vid!
Simple but great tips! Thanks!🙌🏼
NP! Thanks for checking it out. Cool logo BTW!
@@TaylorBrownPhotoVideo Thanks man!
I am guilty of trying to show my gimbal moves all the time. I will take more steady shots now. Thank you for this. 🙏
No prob! I think we all end up doing that to keep it challenging and fun :)
Love the little tips!
Thanks! Hope the channel helps ya ✌️
Again, great information, thank you very much. Do you always use a polarizing filter when shooting indoors? If you have a video you have prepared about using filters, I would be very happy if you share the link.
Thanks! Usually, unless it’s pretty dark and it’d be better to get a brighter shot with lower ISO and if there aren’t really any glares.
There's some great info here! Thanks Taylor 😃
Hey thanks so much! I know its a pretty simple video but hope it is helpful :)
@@TaylorBrownPhotoVideo simple and effective, what more could you ask for 💪
@@lv8media668 Thats the goal! Hows everything going for you??
@@TaylorBrownPhotoVideo it’s going great! Business is taking off and like Andrei, we’re building a media production company in the area, mainly on the other side of the mountain. Let’s link up for coffee soon!
This was so helpful!!!!
Glad to hear that! Thanks Olivia :)
Simple but great tips! Thanks Sir
You're welcome!
Great tips!
Thank ya!
Thank you!!
No prob Scott!
Another great video! Do you leave your gimbal in PF?
Yep! Usually have it set so I can tilt with the joystick too.
Good job informative video 👍
Thanks ! Glad you liked it.
Hey Taylor, I have an EOSR and am looking for a Real Estate Wide lens. Is there a reason you go for the EF 16-35 and adapter set up instead of the similar RF? Let me know! Hopefully I'll own one of these in the next few days, most likely depending on your reply 😂
Nice!! Nope, I just bought it before the RF came out. RF is great & is faster with focus. Looks like you can even find them refurbished for a discount already too - amzn.to/3BI8ll8
Fantastic tips. I have a question that could also be a top tip. I feel as though all the real estate footage I see is darker than mine. Is it expected that real estate video footage is going to be dark, or am I pushing my exposure too far? I try and get the video to match my photography.
Hey! I would have to see it to know. A lot of people shoot with F4 lenses or try to expose for the windows which can end up with a darker edit.
