Very nice to look at the process, but one thing I learned -- Never eat the brown or yellow snow! You might get a disease from this ice, it is very very dirty, I have never seen ice so dirty before.

These are metal moulds, they are just covered in yellow enamel. :) Not plastic at all. Only metal.
