I just ordered a hobby box of Cosmic Chrome and Jumbo box of Update. You and Sky Box have the best channels in my opinion. I gotta trick now on Wilshire blvd to get my money back...lol
Speaking of Davison, have you checked out that new(ish) card shop off of M15? I live just up the road from there but haven't checked that shop out, yet....
I haven't opened packs of cards since I was a kid but I got a box of these (Topps Update). Best place I can find out how much the stuff I've pulled is worth? I've got no idea who I should even be looking for besides some of the names you mention like the rookies and such.
My advice would be eBay. Check out a bunch of prices and try to come up with an average price or honestly what u think would be fair. If it averages at $3 then in my mind I'd sell it for $1. Now like $100 card id like to get $70 maybe $60 depending on my financial situation. I basically just think what I would pay for it.
That’s cause Topps is suckering everyone in with great first release and selling out fast. Now that they have everyone’s attention. All the rest of releases of update will be a big disappointment.

One of the other breakers I watch pulled a Mystical card that was in two pieces, the front and the back were completely separated.
Was there only 5 Chrome cards in this jumbo? I had 10 from my jumbo update.
I can confirm Best Buy does have cards. Pulled a CJ Stroud play ball auto card that didn’t have the auto so had to send it in 😭
1000% they have cards. Pretty sure Target and Walmart bumped their prices on everything, but BB did not.
