BTS or Bangtan Sonyeondan is Korean for Bulletproof Boyscouts AKA Beyond The Scene.They are not like any mediocre boy groups who only sing about love and heartbreaks. They are global A-listers. They're the only artist who got 3 number 1 albums in less than a year since The Beatles. They have broken records set by The Beatles, Michael Jackson, Celine Dion, One Direction etc. They are not just known for being great singers, rappers and dancers but also, their Korean lyrics are so deep, meaningful and inspirational. The message they send through their lyrics, music and artistry resonates with the general public because they tackle depression, anxiety, mental health, discrimination, social expectations, injustices, self love, hard work, following your dreams etc. They have 3 English songs Dynamite, Butter and Permission To Dance which they released during the height of the global pandemic to bring positive vibes and hope to all their fans (ARMY) across the world. Their 3 English songs are not really that deep compared to their Korean songs. The seven members are all songwriters, producers and composers. Although they have in-house producers, they are actively involve in writing, composing and producing their songs from their debut album in 2013 to their solo stuff until now. Most of their songs are in Korean with a little of English mixed in. So don't forget to put on the subtitles when you decide to react to them in the future because the lyrics are often very important. Since they have a discography of over 300 songs with a wide range of styles, I find it difficult to give you a suggestion. Maybe you could react to 'festa 2021 BTS room live'. It consists of snippets of songs (mostly B-sides) from different albums over the years. It has no choreography but shows their versatility and the chemistry between the members. Butter, Dynamite, and Permission to Dance are their all-English songs; these songs were put out in English as a way to comfort the ARMY, BTS fans, during the pandemic. BTS is known for their musicality, lyricism, performance, and personalities. They all participate in writing lyrics, melodies, and production. They have over 300 songs in various genres, so you can find songs that fit your taste. Personally, I love ballads, so I loved the songs that were sang by Jin, Jimin, V, and Jungkook (the vocalists). But Suga, j-hope, and RM (the rappers) turned me to like rap too. Currently, BTS are on a break from their group activity since June 2022 due to the S. Korean military conscription. Each of the members has debuted as soloists and had/will put out their own solo albums. As an Asian-American myself, I am very proud of them for breaking into the main US music market, the first Asian group to do so.

It's huge, it broke records everywhere. If you decide to continue your journey on BTS, you will find that their discography is extensive and diverse. There's a videoessay by boracity magazine; an introduction to BTS discography that listed out their songs even before their debut in 2013. It also includes covers, remakes and collabs. Gotta warn you it's a long video. I'm sure other ARMY (BTS fandom name) have listed out other songs and I second that. Just turn the cc on since their lyrics is important. On Kinetic Manifesto, Fire, Run BTS and Dope have great choreography too. And they have several dance practice videos where you see the live stage version of the choreography, which isn’t always in the video.
The first rapper, in the green, is Suga AKA Agust D ….he just finished a solo tour and has 3 amazing solo mixtapes. The members are each doing solo work right now as they have to do a mandatory 18 months in the military. 2 members are already serving, Suga is next to leave and the group plans to reunite in 2025. The members also have solo songs on the regular BTS albums. Imo that’s why they are so strong…they let each member shine in their own right, then come together to be amazing as a group of brothers. 💜 welcome to the rabbit hole! It’s deep. They have A LOT of content. 300+ songs plus solo work, behind the scenes, dance practices, variety shows…and there is a full storyline that runs thru many MVs. They cover almost all genres so it would be hard not to find songs you like, I have very few that I don’t love.

I am 53yrs old grandmother and my whole family think I am crazy for liking these South Koreans. Man, they have CHANGED my life. This will give you a good look at how the group was formed and info on each member. They cover many genres including hip hop, edm, Latin pop, ballads and pop. You can’t put them in a box, they break records left and right. I was just like you when i discovered them, clueless. If you want to know how incredible they can be live, i would recommend mma 2019, and attack on bangtan, in addition to all the others recommendations given in the others comments. I’m french and 50 y old, like rock and not pop so much but these guys are just so talented together as bts but also as soloists. If you listen carefully to their music, you can hear seriously cool, quirky instrumentation and damn good bass backing, that is out of this world! Listen to some of their other hits, like, Not Today, Yet to come, On, Idol and Blood Sweat and Tears, you will find in these sampling of just a few songs that the bass and instrumentation are phenomenal, not to mention their dance and styling! BTS or Bangtan Sonyeondan is Korean for Bulletproof Boyscouts AKA Beyond The Scene.They are not like any mediocre boy groups who only sing about love and heartbreaks. They are global A-listers. They're the only artist who got 3 number 1 albums in less than a year since The Beatles. They have broken records set by The Beatles, Michael Jackson, Celine Dion, One Direction etc. They are not just known for being great singers, rappers and dancers but also, their Korean lyrics are so deep, meaningful and inspirational. The message they send through their lyrics, music and artistry resonates with the general public because they tackle depression, anxiety, mental health, discrimination, social expectations, injustices, self love, hard work, following your dreams etc. They have 3 English songs Dynamite, Butter and Permission To Dance which they released during the height of the global pandemic to bring positive vibes and hope to all their fans (ARMY) across the world. Their 3 English songs are not really that deep compared to their Korean songs. The seven members are all songwriters, producers and composers. Although they have in-house producers, they are actively involve in writing, composing and producing their songs from their debut album in 2013 to their solo stuff until now. Their music genres include Pop, Disco-pop, Hip Hop/Rap, Latin Pop, EDM, R&B/Soul, Ballad, Funk, Synth Pop, New Age, Moombhaton, Electronica etc. Name it, they have it. As of March 2023, they have already won over a thousand awards including Artist of the Year in 2021 American Music Award and 12 Billboard awards plus individual awards with 36 Guinness World Record. They top Billboard, Itunes, Spotify, and other music platforms. They sell out stadiums across the globe including Sofi Stadium, Allegiant Stadium, Rose Bowl in the US and the legendary Wembley Stadium in England in less than an hour. Getting a BTS concert ticket is like hunger games.Their music videos are insane but they are better live. Their fans ARMY are not just screaming teenage girls but people who are in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s even 60s and 70s. I'm 48 and I'm an ARMY. I've never really seen any western artists or boy bands performed better than BTS. I suggest you check out their other MVs and live performances such as MIC DROP, FAKE LOVE, DNA, ON, IDOL

BTS is from South Korea. They even have songs with over a billion views!
This is one of 3 songs of them that are in English. Most of their songs are in Korean with a little of English mixed in. So don't forget to put on the subtitles when you decide to react to them in the future because the lyrics are often very important.
Since they have a discography of over 300 songs with a wide range of styles, I find it difficult to give you a suggestion. Maybe you could react to 'festa 2021 BTS room live'. It consists of snippets of songs (mostly B-sides) from different albums over the years. It has no choreography but shows their versatility and the chemistry between the members.

Butter, Dynamite, and Permission to Dance are their all-English songs; these songs were put out in English as a way to comfort the ARMY, BTS fans, during the pandemic. BTS is known for their musicality, lyricism, performance, and personalities. They all participate in writing lyrics, melodies, and production. They have over 300 songs in various genres, so you can find songs that fit your taste. Personally, I love ballads, so I loved the songs that were sang by Jin, Jimin, V, and Jungkook (the vocalists). But Suga, j-hope, and RM (the rappers) turned me to like rap too. Currently, BTS are on a break from their group activity since June 2022 due to the S. Korean military conscription. Each of the members has debuted as soloists and had/will put out their own solo albums.
As an Asian-American myself, I am very proud of them for breaking into the main US music market, the first Asian group to do so.

Butter is the 2nd song from their English trilogy released during the pandemic to cheer up people. It's huge, it broke records everywhere.
If you decide to continue your journey on BTS, you will find that their discography is extensive and diverse. There's a videoessay by boracity magazine; an introduction to BTS discography that listed out their songs even before their debut in 2013. It also includes covers, remakes and collabs. Gotta warn you it's a long video.
I'm sure other ARMY (BTS fandom name) have listed out other songs and I second that. Just turn the cc on since their lyrics is important.

On Kinetic Manifesto, Fire, Run BTS and Dope have great choreography too. And they have several dance practice videos where you see the live stage version of the choreography, which isn’t always in the video.
The first rapper, in the green, is Suga AKA Agust D ….he just finished a solo tour and has 3 amazing solo mixtapes. The members are each doing solo work right now as they have to do a mandatory 18 months in the military. 2 members are already serving, Suga is next to leave and the group plans to reunite in 2025. The members also have solo songs on the regular BTS albums. Imo that’s why they are so strong…they let each member shine in their own right, then come together to be amazing as a group of brothers. 💜 welcome to the rabbit hole! It’s deep. They have A LOT of content. 300+ songs plus solo work, behind the scenes, dance practices, variety shows…and there is a full storyline that runs thru many MVs. They cover almost all genres so it would be hard not to find songs you like, I have very few that I don’t love.

I am 53yrs old grandmother and my whole family think I am crazy for liking these South Koreans. Man, they have CHANGED my life. Their message in the lyrics, dancing while singing skills is like NO OTHER. I think its funny you thought that was Bruno... well that shows that music has not ethnicity. They do all genres. The RAPLINE is better than a lot of American rappers.

7:27 their concerts are dope! I went to LA dec 2021. I saw them with my 18 yr old kid and 77 year old friend. There were all races, genders, ages and a lot of different nationalities. Hearing 70k ARMY singing with them wZ insane! And so hype. How they can sound better live, while dancing to insane chireos ill never know. Fyi, butter was an easy dance compared to most of their others

They spread positive messages in their music, people from every race, age and nation belong to the ARMY (BTS fandom name) 💜
I was just like you when i discovered them, clueless. If you want to know how incredible they can be live, i would recommend mma 2019, and attack on bangtan, in addition to all the others recommendations given in the others comments. I’m french and 50 y old, like rock and not pop so much but these guys are just so talented together as bts but also as soloists. You have now 10 years of music to investigate, with a ton of different styles.. enjoy the Journey 😊

Yes they are the best and biggest boy band in the world, 3 rappers and 4 vocalist and all of them dance, write and produce 90% of the 300 over songs and several award winning albums in their discography. If you listen carefully to their music, you can hear seriously cool, quirky instrumentation and damn good bass backing, that is out of this world! Listen to some of their other hits, like, Not Today, Yet to come, On, Idol and Blood Sweat and Tears, you will find in these sampling of just a few songs that the bass and instrumentation are phenomenal, not to mention their dance and styling! I must say, they are better than Bruno Mars whom I adore. Welcome to the rabbit hole.
