I am a clay artist and the easiest way to mix your Clay is with a pasta machine roller you can get them very cheap....save your hands... lol also PREMO by Sculpey may work better... its not as soft. the roller helps to condition your clay and conditioning your Clay is important because it makes it stronger...you can also use something very smooth and flat to roll out your candy sticks... lay it on top of your clay and apply even pressure and roll it so that they're even
Thanks for your tips! That clay is hard to mix together before it warms up!I don’t use polymer clay all the time but if I did I wound get a pasta machine.LOL
I follow you from an Arab region called Jordan. You are amazing, your style is beautiful, you are more beautiful than sweets, and your work is beyond excellent. Keep it up. I want you to make fake food
Thank you so much for this. I want to put pink and white candy canes on my Christmas tree this year and being able to make them will be so much better than store bought ones❤
❤❤❤❤ I love the way you explain step-by-step. My big problem is---I DEFINITELY NEED HELP ON THE TWIST PART.-- OOOH NO FOR REAL 😅😅 I USED THE MODEL MAGIC .HAVEN'T PRACTICED MUCH @ ALL. ❤❤ AND USED TWO COLORS 😅😅ONLY. I'M A HAPPY CRAFTER, ❤❤JUMPING TO DIFFERENT CRAFTS 😅😅 I LOVE WHAT I DO AND HAVE MADE. THANK YOU DAWN, BEAUTIFUL LADY.
Can you please share what you use to make the molds? I understand the concept and I've watched videos on making my own molds, but would love to know what you use to make yours as they look so crisp and clean.
Thanks Dawn! I always love your videos! Your work is always so neat and realistic. I do have a question about the resin. Do you purchase clear or white?

Hey Dawn I've made sprinkles in the past with the clay extruder but they come out dry looking, and real ones always look shiny. 😢
I think they look better without the shine but that’s my opinion!LOL
You could always varnish the strands before you cut them?
Those are adorable 🥰
Thank you!💕

Hi Dawn. Can you use a convection oven for the clay?
I do believe some people do!
Can you please share what you use to make the molds? I understand the concept and I've watched videos on making my own molds, but would love to know what you use to make yours as they look so crisp and clean.
Is in the description
Oops, I must of missed it. Thanks for pointing that out.

I believe I saw her video of mold making: cornstarch & clear silicone
@@chandhan74 it'll do for a budget, but the stuff she linked in the description is better.
Edit: quality and useability. It lasts longer.
@@miffedcuttlefish6139 Yes I really like it!
Yeah!’ I can’t wait. ♥️♥️

What makes your candy cane love ok like glass?
Probably the translucent clay!
Thanks Dawn! I always love your videos! Your work is always so neat and realistic. I do have a question about the resin. Do you purchase clear or white?
