Fernando, what i noticed is that you were doing you were using some very big strokes on your vertex area. What you should be doing is doing small strides across your scalp. Slow and little strides. Will prevent tears on the scalp and the breakge of the needles. Dermarollers usually tear the skin instead of puncturing it effectively when used the way you do.
It's probably the reason people buy a dermapen. But dermarollers are a good purchase too since dermarpens get expensive quickly.

@Adeeb2 although i still need to do more research but from what I've seen and heard, you have to roll the same area vertically, horizontally, and diagonally 3 to 4 times with very careful, safe and slight pressure. Going hard on your scalp or skin will lead to scarring and damage the hair follicles. Sanitizing the roller is also very important. But yeah, do some research yourself too. Research is important!!

I know. Use every 5th day at night time. And after 4 hour's put some essential liquids minoxodil highly recommended. Ex Foligrow spray.
some do it every other day, some say only once or twice a week, and the longer the needles the less you should do it they say...
some say if the needles are shorter than 0.5mm then you can do it every day

@@user-zg8mr9rp9o Rosemary oil is very good it's also highly recommended. But use it after 4 hours at least. And 0.5mm roller is more effective than other. It will give result in 2 to 3 months
My own hair density was very less as compared to last year due to smoothening. To regain back my hair I started using Cocconion anti hair fall set by littleeextra and it proved effective in increasing hair thickness and growth. I would advise if you apply it then always cleanse your hair by diluting shampoo with a little water before applying as it works much better in that way. When you apply hair oil then heat it a bit and then massage on scalp. Apply it a minimum of once a week. Use wooden neem comb while brushing your hair and use scalp massager while hair cleansing to get clean dirt, sebum etc and it gives even improved results.

Ordered the same one , sadly it's a fake dermaroller as it doesn't have separate needles and are connected through discs . An ideal one should be attached through seperate needless in horizontal line .

You get used to tolerating the pain, when you go to 1.5mm its not even that bad once you get into the session your head sightly gets numb but yeah just don't be a pussy really, also maybe try getting a motorised derma pen
I personally can endure up to 1.5, but you might need to use numbing cream in your case.

Finasteride can have pretty bad side effects. It should be your last result. I’d recommend those first two things you said plus rosemary oil. Drinking green tea (it’s a dht blocker and has healthy minerals that you need) collagen and keratin + biotin take these daily as well as zinc and magnesium.

do not use in reverse motion. use in horizontal , verticular , tint angle only. massage scalp with biotin or collagen drops gently and avoid sunlight for 24 hours. repeat once a month. wash your hair before treatment and let them naturally dry before the procedure. . use a mild shampoo only .

@@javierfigueroa2514 That really depends. You have to use finasteride for atleast 6 months to get any results. The medicine could not work at all, it may slow the hairloss, it may fully stop the hairloss or it may even stimulate hairgrowth up to 30%.
Usually you would use this when you see that you are balding. People that get a hairtransplant for example, would usually be on finasteride for atleast 6 months before the operation.
All in all, you have to constantly use it once a day and if you don't see any progress after 12 months you should stop.

If you have male pattern baldness, never use hot hair masks, "head massage" and this kind of roller - that way you will increase blood flow with your high DHT, so you will shed even more.
The only solution apart from Hair Transplant (which is super effective nowadays) - is DHT blockers (Finasteride, Dutasteride etc) and maybe Minoxidil (which you can apply with this derma roller too), but Minoxidil has very low effectiveness and too many inconveniences.

Use finasteride with it. And the effects only effects less than 1%. So just keep yourself healthy. Lot of zinc and magnesium in diet also is good as well. Keep consistent then u good try it for 6 month and let me know again
