Hi. This has got to be the most under watched, brilliant videos I have seen for the Cameo 4. Well done and thank you. You have saved me hours of frustration.
Thank you so much for sharing! Do you know what's the reason for miscutting in my bottom area of the page? The top and center parts have always been cut accurately, just the bottom part always off. Did it happen to you as well? Thank you!
This is the same thing happening to me too. I have updated the software & firmware, restarted everything but it's just the bottom right that cuts too far up
@@ladyprintboss so I don’t need to return my cameo yet? I’m getting really frustrated right now because I “fixed” everything the shop said but it’s still not cutting right when it cuts lower on the page
A couple of pointers that hopefully may help others 1. Make the registration marks as thick as silhouette studio will allow 2. Make sure your right most roller is not actually over the sticky portion of your cutting mat and 'catching' on the stickiness :'(

I also respect someone that cares about their work and does their absolute best to make it perfect as you stated. This let's me know that the instructions you are given will be correct.
I’ve followed all the tips in all the UA-cam videos I’ve found, but my machine always either has a registration error or cuts 1cm off, does anyone have any ideas for what I should do? I’ve calibrated the machine many times as well.
I think I misunderstood your instruction of lining it up. You're meant to line the blade up within that green box that shows in the scree but isn't printed on the paper. Otherwise your video was most helpful! Thank you!
Hello! I have a huge problem where the cut will sometimes be 0.5 to 1mm off to the right or to the left randomly, and sometimes it’s perfectly centered. The calibration is perfectly centered and the lenght of the line too.
I have had nothing but problems with this expensive machine since I bought it. I have only had it for 3 months and haven't been able to cut anything yet. I bought it because I was fed up with Cricut but it seems like I jumped out of the fire and into the frying pan. I have a call scheduled this Monday. Hopefully that will help.

Hi, thank you for sharing this video. After calibrating perfectly and exiting the page to proceed with the actual print and cut, the cut lines are still off. How can I fix this issue?
Oh wow, sorry to hear that. If you are still off after calibation I would check and make sure the rollers are not slipping. Then I would add a offset to the outer edges of my design matching the color to the garment I am pressing on. This way if you are a bit off there is no white showing. Hope this helps

i changed the distance of the cailbration, but it didn't do anything. Mine cuts right next to the black line, but when I print and cut it's of by about half a centimer on the bottom.

I've been using mine for a year. Now 80% of the time it cuts below the images and crooked and I cannot figure out what it is. I've reset the blade position, replaced the blades, tried new mats. Very frustrating and tons of wasted material.
If you have done the recalibration and checked the roller wheels it's possible you just have a bad machine. I would create outside contours in the color of the shirt to accommodate for the miscuts
I am unsure if you will see this, I want to make sure I am doing this correctly as my cameo is not cutting correctly. When lining up where to calibrate, I want it somewhere in the general area of the green square correct? Or does it need to be in a certain spot? Go to your page settings and check your sheet size. Unchecked that box that says don't cut outside of the sheet size. That will solve the issue
@@ladyprintboss lol this helped me just now 😩😩😩 thx
@@ladyprintboss where is page settings? I’m trying to cut designs under 2 inches and it just cuts either too much to the side or too much on top and like how you mentioned in the video white appears on my cut design
I'm trying to adjust the distance and it doesn't cut anywhere on the A or B lines so I can't see it. Then if I could see it, I wouldn't know how to adjust it.
I'm having the same problem. Did you manage to fix yours?
i still dontget it huhuhu
this was so confusing
Oh, sorry you were not able to follow 😪 definitely a work on progress. I do realize that what I find simple is difficult for others to understand, I am working on that.
For few minutes I’m already confused
I am sorry to hear that. What is confusing to you? I do offer live training depending on what your issue is
This video is very difficult to follow.
I am sorry you found it difficult. Calibration isn't the easiest thing to do and definitely even harder when trying to fix a machine while filming. My videos are not planned and not staged. I just do my best with what I have.
It's not always the easy fore to get the best angles to show things since I don't have anyone filming. I know the silhouette store has a video on the same thing.aybe try that one or if it's something you would like to ask here, I happy to try to help out

@@dorrineconrad9128 yes it cuts but the cut is very small I had to get a magnifying glass just to see it. Look closely and measure it from AB and CD. It may be off. I will go in and make a quick video update for you a bit later
