Test 1: We put our lenses to the test with a creative experiment - pre-programming a Rhino Slider. With extreme wide angles, intense depth of field, and dual perspectives side by side, we can show you precisely what sets these two lenses apart!
Test 2: Our second test showcased a carefully crafted movement among roasted coffee beans, to analyze the lens' optical quality and contrast. We observed slight variations in colour balance and experienced the impact of its built-in LED fill lights first hand.
Test 3: In our third test, we glided two lenses across an open book to examine depth of field results. With a minimum aperture, the comparison yielded comparable outcomes; however when increasing the maximum aperture setting on one lens, some aberration issues occurred.

Just got my AstrHori and I love it. It has gears for my follow focus and it's very sharp. I rented a Laowa before and it was rally soft which I didn't like at all.

Colour can be sorted in camera surely. If you balanced from the cheaper lens first then the other is coming in warmer. Depends what your starting value is. And, when filming, I personally film flat anyway to give more range in premiere Pro. Good review though Karl. Thanks.

i bought the loawa 24mm probe when it was first released for the sony. best thing i ever did with it was RAINX the front element because any water on the front element was a bugger to get rid of. with rainx applied it was amazing no issues and a brilliant lens loads of vids on my channel if people wanna see. but this was really interesting seeing the other version

How does the 28mm have a wider viewing angle than the 24mm?
If the camera and slider have not been moved at all it can only mean that the names of the lenses are the opposite!

Its literally in the title..
Do you have to clean the sensor before using this lens? On normal lenses if you go over f4 big dust particles on the sensor start showing up on the recorded video. I wonder if this is the case
