We are loving the four year cycle but I hadn’t heard of Biblioplan. Thanks for such an in-depth review!

We did Biblioplan 2 years ago based on your videos. We ended up doing something different this year (MFW) and will be going back to Biblioplan for next year. I am really excited about it! The family guide is my favorite part of the curriculum. So glad to hear how this year went and that you are still loving it! Thank you for sharing!

We used Biblioplan Acients and enjoy it. There is alot of information like you mentioned. We switched to MOH which is a smaller feast and easier for my littles to digest. However, we intend to go back to Biblioplan after MOH. It's such a great program and the family guide is amazing!

Thank you so much for sharing! I think it’s a good history choice although I only tried it briefly a few years ago.

We’ve done Biblioplan many years ago (before most people had even heard of it and the younger level Remembering the Days wasn’t available). You may be convincing me to look at this again for next year as I love how much you can choose to do or not to do as well as incorporating many books, which is our favorite way to learn!

Hey Megan. Love your videos. We added biblioplan ancients to our MFW ceation to the greeks. We are planning to use Biblioplan Year 2 next school year.
Could you do a video comparing American History curriculums?
MFW Adventures in US History, Exploration to 1850, 1850 to Modern Times compared to Biblioplan American History Year 3 and Year 4

We are using Biblioplan Ancients year 1 this year, after watching all your videos on it! I love how it lines up with Biblical history so well and I do love all the literature suggestions....do you have a video about your favorite read-alouds or assigned books from that time period?
My plan was to continue into book 2 next year for ancient Rome/Renaissance, however it's going to be tricky. My oldest son will be in 9th, and in order to get a world history credit he has to study and show work samples for many time periods, from Renaissance all the way to WWII. I love doing history family style, so now I am really torn on what to do! I can't imagine him doing a separate history curriculum on his own (he is not a strong academic child). 😕

Hi!! We are from Nicaragua! ❤
We are using The Story of the World 1 this year. Planning to use it along side Biblioplan 2 next year but wondering if books 3 and 4 are US History HEAVY. I don't mind my kids learn US History, I just don't want that as a History focus. As we learn also our History.
Would really apreciate your guidance. Thank you for your videos!!

Hi! 😊 I feel like books 3 and 4 are pretty balanced with the history covering the world rather than just focusing on US.

Is there a time period to use your code? I couldn’t get it to work. I may have missed something in the video though!

I saw you bought GENERATIONS curriculum. Are you using that on top of Biblioplan?

I am using their reading and their science for next year. I did get the 1st grade history and for my Kinder and we just read one part a week.

Do you find that the Early Modern is mostly world history or US history? I know they have different days for each, but I am curious what the breakout is of time spent on each.

I plotted it all out in my planning late last year since we are international and don't need that much American history. I think it is roughly half, half. Some weeks are all American history and some weeks are all World. The benefit is they are clearly marked so we just skip the US history sections unless I think they are particularly crucial for my kids to know. I also select the world history focused picture books, readers and read alouds from the family guide which beefs up the world history a lot. But equally you could do the reverse.

@@Tamara-fz4wm Thank you so much for responding to this! Yes, I would say it's half and half as well. I actually really like that aspect.

Thank you for your great review! I’m new to Biblioplan (and to homeschooling - we’re about to start our 2nd homeschool year) and I have 3 kiddos: one going into 6th, one going into 4th, and one starting Kinder. We didn’t do any history last year. Where should we start with Biblioplan?
