I am working on 340 and up now, soon ready to give up on 340 and move onto 350 but hoping I can improve them.

You are losing because of 30 buff, buying more than video says turns winning team into losing team :(
One of my earliest videos this event I use 40 or 45 buff vs 180 so you can try that team
