I use a lot of Custom Content that is created by talented modders in the community! You have to download all of that separately and add it to your game manually
If you click the little Outfit icon (ie. the sun for your everyday outfit) there is a tiny little arrow right on top of it that'll let you add more outfits!
I'm using a save file by RatBoySims, but I have renovated quite extensively, haha. I can toss it on The Gallery next time I'm on, but it's got a ton of CC!
