Just found you and I’m really excited to watch this series! Since you asked for opinions on the stay over, I don’t really see any issue with it. I also would suggest trying to garden fruits, veggies and herbs to stock your fridge to cut down on meal costs. And also maybe a solar panel or 2 on the roof to help with bills. They can be expensive at first but it’s a good investment over time! Also in case you aren’t aware, with the update you can now click on newborns and change their outfits!! 🎉

Tofu tacos are actually a good choice. When I do this challenge, and I have done tons, I always make food that is vegetarian/lactose safe. That way I won't have to remember who has those traits and there is no risk that they will snag forbidden food as leftovers.

For baby names, I think it'd be fun to have a theme. The first two had "E" names, so maybe you could keep the names of each pregnancy starting with the same letter? It was not intentional. I just figured out to make it go in both so I think this is fixed in part 2. But definitely let me know if it’s not! Still learning how to edit and audio is kinda the hardest part 😊
Also...tips I have used that might fit in with your challenge. Insta best friends by taking their photo, keep one for your records, sell the rest for extra money Get Together club. Make baby done club. Activities romance and kissing. Invite only, you can then have them come to you. Makes its easier to build romance. And makes sense from a repopilation point if government sends eligible men to you. They will also come any time you hit gather day or night.

I was thinking that if you got several bad options in a row, there should be an overall punishment. I think that if you roll three bad options in a row, you should lose the good schools lot trait. Your children lose the right to go to the “nice school” because you’re children aren’t taking it seriously!

You don’t have to cut Occults out completely, just don’t count them as 2. That’s what I did. I’m currently on baby 117, She’s currently pregnant with baby 118 & 119, possibly 120 as well! Also, for infants, there’s been the rule added for infants that they can be aged up after 2 milestones per category, except life of course. I believe Dr. Gluon did the update? Also, jobs are allowed, you just always have to choose the “work from home” option and freelance careers. Also, for Toddlers, I suggest the display case! I hope this helps!
@@kaylakuddledup truthfully? Once I've established a system, it became quite easy! Don't use cribs. Only use the playmat. They can sleep on that. The first infant aged up, immediately put them on the mat and have them look at toys, the second, do the same then tummy time the third or which ever while the others are playing with toys. When aging up infants, have the first todd immediately get on the iPad for shapes, do the same with the second in you have triplets. If it's just twins, take the second and potty train them all the way. The first child will be about done with shapes then you can potty train them while the other play with shapes. If there's 3 and you they reach level 3 of shapes, immediately have them work on imagination. Then go to movement and so forth. It's a rotating system and it makes everything quicker! The cooing part for infants works better with multiple bc they can talk to each other. But sometimes if they just won't do it, go ahead and give them their bubble bath! Also, the milestones I recommend for infants are"reach, grab, lifts head, roll over to back, first bath and first bubble bath (make sure to shoose bubble bath to get both at once) and cooing"
SnarkySims, the original creator, eventually did update the challenge, and you can invite people over, you just can't actively ask, or expect them you help with kids they are visiting just to chill and do what they want, not be nannies.

An intern delivering a baby is likely okay. They need practice somehow. I had my gall bladder out in 2016. The surgeon actually showed up with a medical student and asked if it was all right if she did the surgery with him assisting. I said yes, they need practice somehow.

Your dystopia reminds me a bit of a book they made me read in HS. I wish I could remember the name and author. Basically the planet had become so controlled by one sentient (not evil in any way, very loving) AI computer that ensured thatn none of the population needed jobs. This one AI computer even built other comuters and equipment to manufacture things and do literally everything. With nothing to do the population played video games and just hung around on the computers 24-7. They never needed to even interact with each other for any reason and if they wanted a child, they could order one like a deli sub sandwich that would be genetically perfect according to thier specs. The AI would incubate it, and care for it, but eventually no one was even ordering babies because computers were all they understood. So the AI ended up incubating babies on her own just to maintain the population. When she realized that the populations 100% reliance on her would end in thier extinction (she loved them) she time traveled a teen from the past to help her. She knew that none of the humans that remained would ever be willing to turn her off permanently because they could not imagine having to care for themselves in any way, and they had no idea how. But the teen from the past, seeing the future downfall if he did not, turned the AI (and everything else on the planet) off, leaving the remaining population to figure out how to survive or die. The last computation the computer (the author called the computer "she", like a mom) did, was to send the teen from the past back to his life.

In some ways it was scary then, because I am a history nerd and know that despite all good intentions, things ALWAYS go pear shaped at some point. And now with us relying more and more on technology and AI becoming a "thing", the story kind of keeps popping into my head more than the other SciFi (not into SciFi) dystopian novels I had to read.

Your dystopia reminds me a bit of a book they made me read in HS. I wish I could remember the name and author. Basically the planet had become so controlled by one sentient (not evil in any way, very loving) AI computer that ensured thatn none of the population needed jobs. This one AI computer even built other comuters and equipment to manufacture things and do literally everything. With nothing to do the population played video games and just hung around on the computers 24-7. They never needed to even interact with each other for any reason and if they wanted a child, they could order one like a deli sub sandwich that would be genetically perfect according to thier specs. The AI would incubate it, and care for it, but eventually no one was even ordering babies because computers were all they understood. So the AI ended up incubating babies on her own just to maintain the population. When she realized that the populations 100% reliance on her would end in thier extinction (she loved them) she time traveled a teen from the past to help her. She knew that none of the humans that remained would ever be willing to turn her off permanently because they could not imagine having to care for themselves in any way, and they had no idea how. But the teen from the past, seeing the future downfall if he did not, turned the AI (and everything else on the planet) off, leaving the remaining population to figure out how to survive or die. The last computation the computer (the author called the computer "she", like a mom) did, was to send the teen from the past back to his life.

@@madcatter5293 Like it? Not necessarily, it was just interesting and made me think about the future. In some ways it was scary then, because I am a history nerd and know that despite all good intentions, things ALWAYS go pear shaped at some point. And now with us relying more and more on technology and AI becoming a "thing", the story kind of keeps popping into my head more than the other SciFi (not into SciFi) dystopian novels I had to read.
@@rosameryrojas-delcerro1059 Yeah that's fair. I'm honestly so mixed with ai because on the one hand it's kind of cool. But on the other it's oddly terrifying where it's going. I don't like it lol 😅
