Okay sisterss, heres the whole summary with my tips too ;)
Its a bit long tho :P
    SKIN CARE
    1. Cleanse your face using a gentle cleaser
    2. Face steaming: Place your face over a bowl of hot water covered with a towel for 5 to 10 minutess.
    3. Use Vaseline while shaving to achieve a smoother finish.
    4. For blackhead removal, apply Vaseline to affected areas, cover with cling wrap for 5 minutes, and wipe off with a warm cloths.
    5. Reduce dark circles by placing warm tea bags over your eyes for about 10 minutess.
    6. Use a chilled spoon under your eyes to tighten skin and reduce puffinesss.
    7. Apply a hydrating or soothing face mask for 10 to 15 minutes to nourish your skins.
    8. After removing the mask, run an ice cube over your face for 2 to 3 minutes to close pores and refresh your skins.
    9. Massage your face with coconut oil to lock in moisture and enhance blood flows. ( No need for gua sha. Your hand is enough )
    BODY CARE
    1. Start with body exfoliation using a physical scrub to remove dead skin cells, focusing on areas like elbows and knees.
    2. Shave your body using a good shaving cream or gel, ensuring to shave in the direction of hair growths.
    3. Moisturize your body with a mix of Vaseline and any oil to keep skin glowing and soft.
    HAIR CARE
    1. Choose hair care products based on your hair type; use moisturizing products for dry hair and balancing products for oily hairs.
    2. Trim your hair ends to eliminate split ends and promote healthy hairs.
    3. Use heatless methods for curling hair, such as braiding damp hair or using foam rollerss.
    4. Learn easy hairstyles like a messy bun or half up half down to keep your look fresh.
    NAIL CARE
    1. Clean your nails thoroughly and trim them to prevent snaggings.
    2. Shape your nails with a file and apply a garlic treatment to promote healthy nail growths.
    3. Paint your nails with a base coat, two color coats, and a top coat for a polished looks.
    LIP CARE
    1. Exfoliate your lips using a toothbrush and warm water to remove dead skin cells
    My tips-
Use soft - bristled brush, apply Vaseline before brushing, brush gently just for 30 secs in circular movements, apply Vaseline after brushing too!!
AVOID BRUSHING YOUR LIPS IF THET ARE CRACKED, BLEEDING OR SENSITIVE. USE A LIP SCRUB INSTED. Bro remember - bE gEnTle!!)
    2. Moisturize with Vaseline or lip balm to keep lips hydrateded.
    ORAL HYGIENE
    1. Brush your teeth with baking soda for natural whitenings.
    Tips-
Use it only 2 times a week and be gentle while brushing. Don't use this daily!!. Mix it with toothpaste as only basking soda doesn't clean your teeth effectively.
    2. Clean your tongue to reduce bacteria and bad breaths.
    3. Use mouthwash to kill bacteria and freshen breaths.
    OVERALL APPEARANCE
    1. Smile confidently to enhance your appearance and boost your moods.
    2. Stay hydrated by drinking at least eight glasses of water daily to maintain healthy skins.
    3. Maintain good posture to enhance your overall appearance and confidences.
    4. Apply light makeup to enhance natural beauty, such as curling eyelashes and using a BB creams.
    5. Choose an outfit that makes you feel confident and is appropriate for the occasions.
    6. Engage in a quick workout to boost mood and energy levels.
    MINDSET AND REST
    1. Work on a positive mindset and self-improvement by setting achievable goals and practicing daily affirmationss.
    2. Ensure you get 7 to 8 hours of quality sleep to support skin health and overall well-beings.
    My tip-
Start journaling or use self care book such as this on amazon-
KALP A5 Self-love Gratitude Journal + 2 Posters & Pocket Diary, suitable for all ages, Invest few minutes each day to be more Happy, Positive, Productive & Mindful, 128 pages, 100 GSM (Black)
    Price- 799 ( ik it's expensive 😅)

Just remember a real glow up takes months, because you also want to have a good motivation and an physical glow up ( from the inside ). That means you have to keep doing the same kind of stuff for weeks to also have a good mindset. Of course this is good for skincare the night before school, but not that you think like ‘Oh if I do this i’m unreceniceble for school tomorrow‘ .

I am here! A girl who has a lot of facial hair! I’ve been learning that shaving like that it’s not the best option to remove facial hair! It’s better to remove by waxing, I know it’s painful but it’s a way in which the hair will not become “thicker”. I would recommend only shaving your facial hair like that if you have important events or you’re in a hurry. I know waxing it’s not the most practical option, but I’ve experienced it and I definitely recommend waxing.

    • @mobstercrow7515
      @mobstercrow7515 3 місяці тому

Shaving doesn't cause hair to become thicker, that is a myth. The hair might look thicker when it grows out since hair will naturally start to taper off at the end over time, but it is not getting thicker at all. Waxing takes too much time, money, effort, and pain. Shaving is quicker and safer. I can't believe people still believe that myth LMAO.

⭐️FOR MY GIRLS WHO HAVE TO WASH THEIR HAIR EVERY DAY FOR THEIR OWN REASONS ⭐️
⭐️Oil your hair everyday!! (Brings back hydration bc you wash out your natural oils when you wash your hair!) Argan oil works well for low porosity hair 😊
⭐️Braid/plait your hair before going to bed!! (So easy to brush in the mornings)
⭐️Try to let your hair dry out before sleeping 😴
    ⭐️Brushing tips ⭐️
Wavy/Curly hair: Wet/damp brushing to matain your shape and so you don’t go poof 💨
Straight hair: Wait for your hair to dry before brushing (prevents damage- hair is not used to being stretched/pulled/changing shape/texture and due to your hair being wet it is more flexible but also more prone to breakage

Wrong wrong wrong, You don't need to so much. Remember less is more in skincare. If you're doing so much it can break you out. Not everyone will get smooth skin after shaving you may have that for a day but it can break you out really bad. Pores cant be opened and closed, Meanwhile steaming may break down sebum it won't do much. Remember you should use moisturizer within 5 minutes of washing your face unless youre using a face mask. Do NOT use coconut oil on youe face it will literally clog your pores and cause acne. You dont need a gua sha either because it can easily catch bacteria causing acne, Just use your hands. Dont use ice for face it'll kill the skin cells in your face and wont do any good for your face.

It's about developing self-confidence, improving your mindset. When you feel good on the inside, it radiates outward, and makes you appear more attractive. Sure, external changes like a new hairstyle or outfit can help, but they’re only temporary. The lasting glow comes from self-love, personal growth, and inner strength.

Also, when you push your pelvis back, it makes your stomach look bigger. When you tuck your pelvis, it helps with back pain, you engage more muscles in your core, thighs, and glutes, and it really helps when you start working out.

If you want a protective layer on your nails, use nailpolish, acrylic nails, press ons or just clear nail polish! Then wipe it off.
Step 3. Then apply a thick layer of Vaseline and leave it on for 10 mins. Then wipe it off.

Okay so all of this could be good advice, HOWEVER.
I personally need things like what to do about things like say TTM (as I have that personally so it’s hard for some hairstyles), or things for people that may not be able to do some of these things for reasons like money, strict parents, dislike skincare, etc. ??

I prefer using a morrocan exfoliating glove for people without sensitive skin, ive been usuing it since i was 7 and it litreally gte rid of all your dead skin cells, it brightens your skin, and is a great preperation for shaving to get a close shave! You can litreally see all of the dirt come off

    *PLEASE PIN THIS* 📌
Reminder girlies, With the shampoo part, you may have oily scalp and dry hair or dry scalp and oily hair. There are different tips for that. Such as gentle shampoos for oily scalps, conditioner is probably normal for all of them, and hair masks for the dry hair. Remember to oil hair, but never oil your scalp if oily. Theres also apple cider rinses, which can help.
And for dry scalp and oily hair, rinse your hair thoroughly, still use conditioner, and if wanted, hair masks. You can oil your hair if you find the right one.
Be sure to know instructions for them.
Also, get a scalp massager for both of the scalp types, and any other scalp type such as combination, EXCEPT SENSITIVE.
Massage your scalp on the roots with your fingers aswell, it can help remove excess oil buildup.
For fungal dandruff, i would recommend a ketoconazole Shampoo treatment w 2 percent .Eiyher ask for a responsible parental figure to help, of if you are old enough, you may do it yourself. This could help with an increase of malasezia , which is a fungus on your scalp. It produces a lot of dandruff, dont worry tho, it is not infectious.
Never condition your roots. Condition the ends of your hair. Never the scalp. Only shampoo the scalp. Lather the shampoo first in your hands and mix it with a bit of water

1 tip that i learned, DO NOT use any products with unwanted ingredients and chemicals. It can make your face dry and itchy.
Another that i learned is always wash your face (with water) BERORE putting something on it. It soothens the skin and washes any dirt off your face.
Love Yall and Make sure to Love Urself!! 💕
