I read this a while ago and really expected it to be more of a critique of the publishing industry. But the main character steals a manuscript and is instantly bolstered into fame and success. It implicitly makes publishing out to be a meritocracy which...isn't that the opposite of the critical theme of the book? lol whatever it was a cool read
Probably, when they say Ms.Liu there’s always an unnatural pause. I think the full stop throws it off a bit. But, the overall voice is very comfortable to listen to!
