I still have the first pressing of this album and first pressing of Carbon Copy and both are sealed! Just saying :p lol they are 2 of my biggest prized CDs in my collection.
I have this in my player in my car... Haha! And Carbon Copy opened but in perfect condition, but it's the re-issued version. The band isn't popular enough to keep sealed IMO. Nevertheless, amazing fucking band. We fans need to stick together...
#blessed. I've been lucky enough to see these guys live in concert twice and meet the keyboardist Matt Langley.. The most underappreciated band of my age. :( Come back #fairtomidland
i first heard this song in my sleep and dreamed of Abigail who was a modern Alice. I woke up with the song in my head and couldn't get it out for weeks.
I know this is old, but this band is from Texas. They've been VERY inactive lately it seems, I haven't heard anything about them or from them for quite a while, but i'm sure they pass through. Last I heard, the band was in debt and having issues getting out.
my friend, TCCSL is like the hardest CD EVER to get from Fair To Midland. My brother got inter.funda.stifle from E-bay and he got the only one in stock.
@TheTsarprodigy Yep. That's the tuning that they use for all of their songs, except An Honest Conman; that's in AEAEAA. Some of their newer songs sound like they're in different tunings as well.
You're right. Why couldn't they have done the same to some of the songs on Fables? I mean, I personally thing Fables was better, but some of the parts on this could've been kept too (like the outro on this album's Walls of Jericho).
@TheReddeaddonkey There are 4 and they are: The Carbon Copy Silver Lining, Inter Funda Stifle, Fables From a Mayfly: What I Tell You Three Times is True, Arrows & Anchors
@codfish6677 I think he means with the notes and chords played by the bass and guitar, and he's kind of right if that's the case. It's definitely unique.

@TheTsarprodigy Yeah they're nothing like System of a Down, but they both play a lot of songs with that big string C in their tuning. SoaD is dropped C, but I have no idea what this is. It's a nice break from the standard tuning or dropped D that most rock uses.
Ive checked the internet and ive gotten different results so ill ask it here. How many albums do they have and what are the names of the albums? I already own Tales from a Mayfly... and Arows and Anchors.
1) the carbon copy silver lining, 2) Inter.Funda.Stifle, 3) the drawn & quartered EP, 4) fables from a mayfly: what i tell you three times is true, and 5) arrows & anchors
Hi I'm Chelsea Crowley-Keenan Maynards' secret daughter, born and raised in Dallas Texas, and Darroh is mine, I'm in Love with him and he is in Love with me.....forever and ever Amen.
I love this band so much.
They all have wonderful talent. Every single one of their songs make me feel like I'm in a strange dream.
I love this description! They are definitely a magical, unique, and inventive group!
I really miss these dudes.
Thelema I miss the fuck out of them.
I do as well. I just think they were so intense and put so much into it that they just couldn’t sustain it
Me too. It kills me.
Breaks my heart.
I fell asleep listening to music and this song was on the playlist, i had never heard it before and when i woke up it was all i could think about.
Happened to me with Orphan Anthem '86 AND Granny Niblo. Those songs chased me into & out of sleep for a good 10 years, no exaggeration.
i feel that the entire album is one song
Lead vocal melodies from clouds
This is taking me back when I saw Kingdom Hearts AMV with the song

haha me too! I really wanted to post the album as one video, but youtube has the stupid 10 minute limit...
You're right. Why couldn't they have done the same to some of the songs on Fables? I mean, I personally thing Fables was better, but some of the parts on this could've been kept too (like the outro on this album's Walls of Jericho).
Still, I like it more and more :o)
@arethemad Wait...did you just say you don't know what the tuning is when you replied to a comment that explicitly states the tuning?
@TheReddeaddonkey There are 4 and they are: The Carbon Copy Silver Lining, Inter Funda Stifle, Fables From a Mayfly: What I Tell You Three Times is True, Arrows & Anchors
+Drawn&quartered ep ;)

The beginning sounds like the chords from Rikki Tikki Tavi.
Are you going to finish that croissant?
Mike Ahern ahhhh *munching sounds*

They talk about Abigail alot. Especially in the early days. Does anyone know what her significance is?
@codfish6677 Haha yes I did. I meant the name of the tuning, though.
@codfish6677 darroh plays mandolin. not that its all that difficult. i cant play one well, cause my fingers are meant for a bass. but i do anyways
@ChazWMathews Nope! Just guitar bass drums and a keyboard!
@arethemad I'd call it C5 tuning.
My name iz Abigail! >:D

Drawn&quartered fair to midland EP.
inter.funda.stifle doesn't count??
1) the carbon copy silver lining, 2) Inter.Funda.Stifle, 3) the drawn & quartered EP, 4) fables from a mayfly: what i tell you three times is true, and 5) arrows & anchors

I could be great song... But why is he so off key? That's a pity...
