There is indeed a $100 crossgrade between the two libraries. :) It'll get automatically applied when you are logged into your account on our site (as long as you purchased the products on our site)
When I wanted to "update" the library NA asked me to download and install the entire "58.73 GB" of content which basically means that it wants to re-download the whole library, even though I use Jaeger currently and NA can successfully locate the library. What the.... ? Since I don't have that much free space on my drive the update keeps failing. Why does it ask to download the entire thing instead of the update-bit which is around a couple GB's ???
A redownload isn't required, this download includes an extra 4GB of new sample content, but requires a larger amount of free space to be able to install. Once your update has started you will be able to see the new content being downloaded
Native Access recognises my current version of 1.3 but refuses to inform me v1.4 is available in the Updates sections?! And your Support and Help pages aren't loading!
@@AndriesdeHaan Thanks for the prompt reply! I doubt it as I launch it a couple of times per month, and it automatically looks for the latest version before allowing logon. The version I have is 1.14.1 (R156). The only thing I haven't yet updated is Kontakt? I'm still on 7.10.6 - I haven't tried v8 yet. What minimum version of Kontakt does Jaeger 1.4 require? Thanks

You might be on a version of Native Access that is too old?
I had this issue with CSS a while back. Might be the same issue.

@@NearSilent I just updated it, and my Native Access is v3.14.0 and I'm still on Kontakt 7 too so it's probably your native access that needs updating

@NearSilent Then you should be ok in terms of being up to date. I believe Jeager 1.4 requires Kontakt 6.3. Odd situation then.
