A potential downside to this new design is those 90-degree bends on the side rails. With the old design, you could mount things all the way to the edge and they could hang over while sitting flush to the cross bars. Now that can't be done because the side rails are taller than the cross bars, which are recessed.
Nice video. I like you left the loctite off, as it’s hard to adjust the crossbars without stripping the bolts once added. If you’re in the market for a rack, know that this a very well made rack. However, the company has horrible customer service and they are extremely slow in processing orders. They are also overpriced and slow with the delivery of accessories purchased later.
Same with Victory 4x4. Their rack cannot clear a 40” Baja Designs bar and claim it’s a install error or installed incorrectly, how so , it’s only two bolts one each end, if it were a 38” light bar it would’ve fit perfect. Their customer service is also non existent. Surprised they reply to their UA-cam page and videos within one hour but still no help since they say to email them.
@JBdisciple24 Sorry just saw this reply, I was actually wrong about that comment. The CBI rack has special rubber feet that don't require sealant. However, this rack does need sealant. I can't remember if prinsu sends you the sealant or if it's something you need to purchase. We show you what we use in this video.

The rubber feet on the rack act as a sealant. No sealant or rubber washers are needed.
Whats about leaks. Does it come with anything for water leaks? @tacovinyltv
