Apart from this daily practice, be conscious of ur thoughts, words and action! What feels good before doing is usually the wrong and what feels good after doing is right! For instance, ur temptations for eating sweet feels good before eating but leaves u wid regret after eating! But u goin to the gym feels difficult and unmotivated and painful before but it comes with a huge satisfaction, strength and power after! Be mindful of yourself.. Do everything consciously not compulsively! Japas of Gayatri mantra along with Tulsi mala will change ur life! ❤️

Hope you're doing good now. It's so simple. Avoid all pleasures of life and ensure every action you perform is for a highest purpose. Ask yourself why you're doing what your're doing. If answer is satisfactory to the soul, then resume, else exit. Please remember that top 3 material things that have highest spiritual value are food, water and shelter. Anything else is for sensual pleasures, material comforts, conveniences and desires. It's not an easy journey to detach from attachments. But, when you perhaps slowly reduce the number of things and people you depend on in life, then your survival is in your hands. This will ensure you sail smooth in spiritual life. Don't be afraid. Once you detach from your body and mentally prepared of the truth that humans are not immortals and humans cannot carry anything physical with them, then you will start focusing on most important things in life... the things that your soul will carry. Altruism is spirituality. It is a way of ensuring that all people around you are super happy before yourself. Their happiness will ensure you reduce your karmic burden. But, when you transfer this spiritual education to them as well, then the karma in your soul decreases to 0 and may even cross to negative side which means you become a God. Try your best to become a God. You have just 1 life. Don't be a monk or saint or yogi. Aim to become a God and try to make everyone around you Gods and Goddesses / divinities. This way, if there's an afterlife, then your rebirth will be in the same heaven you left behind.
The pure heart is the best mirror for the reflection of truth.

Siddharth Singh , I am glad to know you chose to get Moksha, the highest goal in human life. In Gita, Sri Krishna said that no one will get lost if they are ever pure to this aim. They will attain it eventually. God will take the whole responsibility for that. Truth is One only. God is the One. Moksha is the One! What we need is only to attain peace and total submission to the Truth.

If purpose Is that which keeps you moving for the betterment of one's own self and betterment for society then that purpose need not to be spoken out or need not to be revealed in front of unknown people . They will lure you ,misguide you and drag you down to their level - within human there is Evil ,Evil keeps your eyes under veil and thats why you should not talk about your private likes and dislikes and especially purpose among people .

Swamiji is not in love with India because his body happened to be born in India - Such a mentality is being a slave to one's country and serves to strengthen your dehatmabhava or body conciousness ( In Vaishnava Tradition we have a saying " Sari Bhumi Gopal ki " The entire earth belongs to Gopal - Sri Krishna , does not matter where one is born ) - Swamiji loves India for what India is , teaches and stands for in a spiritual sense and not because he is an Indian and advised Nivedita to love India from that standpoint and not from the standpoint of her Guru's country .

There actually is an end to all of it, it is called Enlightenment. When you become enlightened, that cycle does very well come to an end. However, the rest of what you said is correct and well understood !

I was a lone and staunch practitioner in my childhood but Now one side i have to be successful in my life and uplift my family condition, that i think is my duty as a son, but i don't even want to cut off from spiritual world. But Even i don't know when i meander from this path it seems very difficult to keep both the aspect together....
Still I am not dead spiritually and I will try my best till the lasr breath. It will be hard with the passage of time But I have faith that I will handle everything, And the one big challenge Wil be rejection of marriage and my all effort for the upliftment of family will considered to be of nothing.

I love these video's too. Thanks. Recently pulled out Raja Yoga, a book I have had for 35 years and am starting to understand a little more. I also needed to hear Bhakti Yoga is a powerful purifier. It makes up for feeling guilty that I can not sit for more than 20 minutes in meditation here in 2019. So different paths are good to know.
@Spiritual Seeker Thanks for the encouragement Spiritual Seeker. I am going to try sitting on something more comfortable and see if I can go longer. The demands of living in 2019 and being a householder always seem to get in the way. But I will for sure continue and want to make progress.
