People that have joint pain, fibromyalgia/ rheumatoid arthritis AVOID potato, tomato, begun , eggplant, rice, shimla mirch bell peppers meat. EAT TURMERIC n cayenne great for clots. You are the biggest investment you will ever make. Look after yourself. Avoid chicken Liver and tomato seeds as they create kidney stones. Too much cake , muffins fizzy drinks make lipoma LUMPS/ fibroids.
Watermelon great for kidneys on an empty stomach never with or AFTER food to avoid health complications.
Fibromyalgia is caused by shock devastation of being cheated on and sudden shock of death of family/ friend.
Getting rest massage, eating black seeds / oil.
lupus is treated with hydrochrloroquine which is from Black seed oil kalonji. This treats DIEBETES 100%. My own mother through the Grace Of God cured her DIEBETES by black seeds and her hepatitus with drinking coconut water.
TURMERIC is great for fighting inflammation- avoid tomatoes as they cause inflammation.
To avoid heart attack AVOID the following AFTER EATING foods
Swimming, showering, exercising, making love, jumping, laying down, handstand cartwheels, dancing, taking a bath, massage, - These MUST be done BEFORE EATING and drinking.
Also avoid standing while drinking n eating- that's why I'm against seating in pubs- bad for health. And drinking too much fluids with foods is saying yes to a heart attack.
Too much lack of FERRITIN and IRON in body may cause heart attack- signs, memory loss, premature white grey hair, chest pains.
FRUITS LOWER HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. So does drinking water however fruits apples banana n pears prevent strokes.

Sir.. See sadhguru videos and yoga.... It's because of survival instincts and ur identity... See about human mechanism to its fullest.. Coz of him.. I have experienced samadhi.. Only once before one year.. And am struggling.. To keep the experience.. But yes.. I have been liberated somewhat.. Coz that feeling of oneness..is like... What can I say... Now I understood. Why in india they always insisted not to run behind worldly pleasures... Coz our body is a manufacture of hormones only thing is to know to use it.. They knew it.. But those days how will they communicate this to u.. Coz u will be in delusion.... And I have started by journey of experience samadhi in a sustained way..
Love does not want any ritualistic practices . It just want be what you are. Meditate as much as you can.

Meditating is very difficult leg will become numb restless wandering thoughts or sleeping with out the knowledge. More over gets headache
@@baby24142 If sitting cross legged and in a chair prove to be too uncomfortable you could try a seiza bench. I've never used one personally though I'm looking into getting one. Seems the best option after sitting in chair causing back pain, crossing my legs causing knee pain and lying down causing sleepiness.

See sadhguru videos... And do Yoga.. Learn about human mechanism and know that u can produce the same chemicals or hormones within u.. Coz life always wants pleasure... Or something as its the nature.. But if u r able to do it consciously.. Within u.. Then u become liberated.. That's the concept.. And after practice ING what sadhguru said I did experience samadhi but only for once before one year.. Coz the problem is I am not able to sustain the experience.. It's like.. I will leave the body or.. It's like extreme.. Worldly..pleasure..so do practice what sadhguru says

@@sonylovely9279 Putri, he is playing hide and seek with you, hahahh, he tests us if we have faith and patience, once we become clean and reach Mahabhava where devotion doesn't come into place but only pure love, that moment for life long feels like your heart is squeezed with wet towel and your breathing reduces to a an extent as your heart can't wait any second, that time he shall surely manifest in front of you. Don't be devoted, simply Paramatma doesn't care because he has seen many people, what I'm saying is weep like a daughter (child) mere putri, cry and yearn for him day and nights, think of him as your real own father, that kind of love is needed for to see the god. It's not easy but definitely it's never impossible.
If you honestly think about yourself at the moment, your heart will say you're not yet ready to love god because of material affection and love between humans to humans... detach from material things Putri and understand who you truly are, god's love is infinite as an ocean, to conquer him, you must follow your heart and cry for him, like how a child cries for its mother. God's love is incomparable to humans. He is beyond love, just imagine. Yell at him if you need to, he loves when his dear ones cuss at him, it's pure love. Read about Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, great saint who had this kind of love for Maa Kali, and she came running down leaving all her duties to be with her son.
I cried watching this, the love a bliss I felt watching this couldn’t be traded for any amount of money, cars, sex, or fame. If that love is all I had, I would be Ok 👍❤️

Dear Supreme Yogi -- you do this very well. I have loved Yogananda since 1968, and there was a time when I knew the Autobiography by heart. He still guides me every day. Your message in this commentary seems new to me, but very true. Yogananda maintained a stainless presence throughout his career, and his Lake Shrine ashram in Los Angeles is radiant.
I agree, these videos are made very well. I find them soothing and inspiring at the same time. The music choices are excellent. Re- read Autobiography last year and plan to read again. It's been a touchstone on my spiritual path. Namaste.

Develop intense love for God and that will be the greatest help you will ever do to yourself. Know this as certain!
Especially in this modern age, most of us will not be able to practice intense spiritual practices and disciplines. So strive to be the greatest lover of God!

Thank you for this wonderful channel. Yogananda used to vome to me in dreamtime as a child. It was always the same: A black limousine would pull up in front of my house & I'd get in. We didnt go anywhere. He'd feed me macaroni and cheese, then I'd go back inside my house. I don't like macaroni & cheese. Never could understand the meaning, except maybe that since He was present in my Life, i could stand to eat it? Had a hard, sad life & began practicing different religions at 33. Im now 75 & realize religions aren't it. God, by any name, or Anami, is Within. Know ThySelf first, then God Realization occurs. Truth, Bliss, Love, Compassion Joyful Blessings to All. It's wrong perception that humans can't give unconditional love, but for that u needs to be born to a Satwik parents.😌 The problem is that our society is as such where Satwik ppls does less marriage due to taking Monkhood or other reasons. 🤷🏽♂️
