Just because the customer "didn't know the brand" doesn't mean it's bad or that you should take points off. Also, we could only see half of the last products on customers 2 and 3.
I like the video but I think you next time should change some of the reasons for taking away points. Like for example, the one with the Saie blush. I think that shouldn’t have taken away any points only because the girl didn’t know the brand. Same with the Summer Fridays one at the start. For me, even though it is shimmery and stuff, it still hydrates your lips and it not actually considered a lip gloss, so idk why that got -2. But overall it was good but some of the reasons for getting minus points should change:)

why would it be -2 for the drunk elephant lippe balm? it's still a really good product, better than laneige in my opinion. laneige really dries out my lips but idk, it could just be me. this is my opinion after all.
