Hi beautiful friends! Today's Bali vlog is a very special one, as I had some new and truly life-changing experiences that will remain with my soul forever. I take you along to Ubud market once again, and then to a water purification ceremony at a Holy Water Temple. This was truly so healing, magical and incredibly unique, and I felt so immersed into the culture. The water was so cleansing for the mind and spirit (and literally for the body too), which was perfect for before seeing the Shaman where we had very personal insight into our life path. This is an activity I can highly recommend that you give a go if you do visit Bali one day! That evening I also did a really fun cooking class, where we made lots of different traditional balinese food! That water ceremony, Palm reading and sun salutation (Surya namaskar) is same as Indian hindus sanathan traditions .... Indonesia, India, combodia, Myanmar, Thailand, etc shares the same roots and traditions from ancient times because of Hindu roots and later Gautam budha teaching's
