Iran has always been on our bucket list and this is our first country which is a part of our Pakistan to Saudia Arabia tour. In this vlog we say good-bye to Pakistan and start our journey at Dubai Airport. From Dubai Airport we catch a flight to Tehran (Irans capital) via Qeshm Air which we heard would be disappointing. We were shocked by everything at this stage! Upon arriving at Tehran, we didn't stop- we head out on the hunt for travel adapters and what happens next is beyond belief! We already love IRAN!

Iranian development despite sanctions speaks volumes,they have learnt the self reliance and steadfastness like anything; country with sincere leadership always do wonders, they have progressed in every field be it Health, Army, Art, Telecommunication, Infrastructure or Architecture. ns imposed on Iran,their infrastructure is excellent. These things have nothing to do with sanctions. These were made before the sanctions. Iran's real capital and income is with a lot of natural resources (such as gas, oil, gold, diamonds, copper, aluminum, uranium, etc.). Also, Iran's excellent strategic location and having a sea and air strait and having 8 million Iranians who are either educated or wealthy outside of Iran who travel to Iran every year. Currently, Iran's real income is several times that of Pakistan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, and Oman. , Afghanistan as a whole, but the quality of life in Iran is worse than most of these countries and a little better than Afghanistan. Meanwhile, during Biden's presidency, Iran can sell its oil and gas to India, China, and Pakistan. There is no sanction in this matter, except for the propaganda of lies by the Islamic government of Iran and its brainless supporters in order to introduce themselves as powerful men.

Do not use camera at Metro station. Its prohibited.
Get permission and info for use of camera in area outside Harram Imam Raza too.
These restrictions are due to security as they faced some trouble in March or something....Otherwise its a very safe country....Very developed and tourist friendly. There is a lot to see ,especially new developments beside the know places.
Visit Iran Mall in Tehran.There are many recreational places and parks for kids.
Go to Milad Tower too.
It's month of Safr ,you may find less activities on Milad Tower but for go and see Wax Museum,view of Tehran,Revolving Restaurant, Cafe on top..and some shops too.altough it's Telecom Tower.
Visit Darband,Jam e Jam.
Tehran Grand Bazar.
There are Palaces around...
Irani food is the bomb! Try koobideh with sangak, bbq tomato and sumac. The kebabs go well with safron rice as well. If you find good kashk-e-badamjaan (egg plant) they are amazing. Try honey, sour candy and olives as well. If you want to buy a gifts, safron is pretty cheap in Iran. People are amazing though they don't talk much English. There are amazing places to hike. I am glad you guys made it to Iran. We have the largest Iranian population here in Southern California (Orange County and LA). We love Irani food.

Greetings from Botswana. Great video but there is one serious thing lacking in the video - litter! I have never seen such a clean and well ordered country. The Iranians have certainly beaten western sanctions and the country is on the up and up. Great! And you have so many warm experiences with the people there. I would love to visit Iran next year; you have motivated me! I notice that you received a card into which you were able to put dollars - how did you actually get it and how does it work. Can you withdraw money using it at an ATM?

I saw that you were not hesitant to try out new foods in Pak and especially street foods where raksha and traffic were passing by a the time with the lack of cleanliness.
I went to Pak in Feb after quite a long time and didn't eat much although I am foodie girl just to avoid getting sick and also when you travel how do find washrooms especially in a busy city with kids.
For that very reason I didn't enjoy much of outside food or travel.
Talking to.my hubby I.was like see how these people eat anything and everything from outside how come they don't get sick bcz he was stopping us to eat outside food and didn't travel much either please advice

Dear Immy and Tani, perhaps you know this but Iran is likely the most sanctioned country in the world, so they are not connected to the international financial system via which you can use your Visa/Mastercard credit cards. Instead, they have developed their own credit/debit card system but it's for internal use only and that creates this issue for tourists who are restricted to using cash. Secondly, western airline manufacturers won't sell planes to Iran, that is why people warned you about the flights, since they have older airplanes in service. Therefore, a comparison with Europe or Dubai or even Turkey is not fair since all those countries cooperate with the big boss (America) but Iran has to develop and maintain everything by themselves, that too under heavy sanctions.

What he means is that in iran there is an obligatory two years of military service for every iranian male, unless you buy it legally at a high price or you have some excuses like disability or illness or if your father has fought for more than a year in the 8 years war between Iran and Iraq.

Ive installed google translate some 7 years back and Ive choosen from English to persian translate. When ever i want to ask any question i type that in english it translates and i repeat that farsi as its similar to urdu in reading so its like 60percent of my language barrier solves, when i get the answer which is in hard farsi i ask them to write in farsi on my phone as this google translate have on the spot changing option from persian to english and i get the answer in writing.
