Fun Lore Fact: The Spartan IIIs you play as in Reach were all orphans, and were meant to trade “lives for time”. Basically making them expendable super soldiers.

@@BuckyLastard999 ah. Man I remember getting into Reach because of RoosterTeeth’s Achievement Hunter: Fails of the Weak series. Sent a bunch of fails in and two of my submissions got on their GameFails channel and one on the main Fails of the Weak videos.
never played reach (x box lost console wars for majority in germany). the game made a good impression from what you showed us till that hella stupid line of monologue in the end
Because we skipped the story parts. It's like the movie Rogue One, everyone dies except it's even more meaningless and everyone is a Master Chief knockoff.

@@a11osaurus Attached to their characters? How so? You get about five minutes of dialog to make any kind of attachment before they get thrown away in the most cliché ways. It would be one thing if they improved upon gameplay from the previous Halo games but they didn't and in fact they took certain things people were used to away so it lacks story and gameplay. If you want to get attached to characters or lore prior to Master Chief I suggest reading the books instead as they would be way better than this game :)
I like Halo 1, 2 and most of 3. But this and some of the other Halo games were really bad cash grabs that didn't add to the franchise in any meaningful way.

Are the Halo Reach servers still up? Haven’t played it since high school and early college.
No they just shut down all of the servers for the 360 versions of the halo games. You can only play MCC and H5 now
