Not that it happens often at all but routines i found me the best chance. Like you said using music and warm up routines that help me get in that right headspace that hopefully allows me to stay relaxed/ present but also motivated to take on the challenge. Really enjoyed the video 👍
This is great to hear. As I said, music is a personal favourite. Used it throughout my professional career and so many draw on it. Found myself singing (badly) in games sometimes!
