Basically manometers varry according to design and model of coater and its usually are present in old type.And function is to show the suction or negative pressure or in simole words exhaust pressure.Perfortaed coati g pans work in megative pressure condition mean air comes through inlet and go out through out.out let suction creates negative pressure which remove dusts fumes etc from coater to out

weight variation is controlled by exhaust and temp.dnt open too much exhaust bcz it will result in loss of material.temp of tab bed should not be too high.for color variation try to increase pan speed & pump speed in mid half depending on tablets condition.
