That's the only one allowed for Spece46 NASA racing. It's actually one of the most popular classes. There's a rule book of things you can mod and keep stock on the vehicle. Look it up.

I think it's only 330 models. Plus you'll be the slowest in the run with the 323 so I don't see why would you do that.
Yes if you swap in everything to effectively make it a 330, including engine of course.
