Lovely work. Just a tip for others when I pressure wash my black meta similar gates to those on the video the paint comes off. I have just had them repainted and am keeping the pressure hose even on a gentle setting as far away as I can from the gates now!
Should have pre-treated the whole area with NaOCl (bleach). Surfaces with that much mold, moss, and organic material, you need to pretreat so that it comes up easier when you pressure wash it. Also helps with not leaving streaks.
