The green is very nice. Love the cabinets. Porch is great. Place for the big screen with a fireplace already in place is a great idea. Very nice. Thank you for showing.
Love the opening music - felt like we were about to embark on a Fox Hunt - LOL!!! I'm really loving the Phoenix models - and that porch - YES!!! Overall design is very well planned - nice use of space. OH - and that BIG farm sink - YES!!! Like how the fireplace is in the wall - it would be fun if it had an option to open to the porch as well for those chilly evenings. I do think white cabinets would be a better design choice in this particular model. I'm surprised at only one mini-split in the front - but it is only 400 sq/ft. Very cute model! Thank you for the tour!!
Thanks for your comment! Great ideas. They do have several cabinet choices, and are even considering a different cabinet manufacturer. Customizations are essentially unlimited (within reason, of course) with Phoenix at this point, so it's a great time to buy if someone is ready to do so.
It looks like a very base model, even though the stove and sink are nice. I thought it was weird the skinny cabinets across from the stove didn't have shelves in them. There's no top trim on the cabinets, so it looks unfinished. Maybe those issues will get fixed with the new cabinet maker. I like the kitchen/den layout, but the small bathroom and narrow hall would be a no go in a wheelchair. I'm watching to see what else they have. I do like you doing the measurements.
The Vista in its different configurations is going to be one of Phoenix’s standard models. At the moment you can add customization as you want and this home showcases a few of those - full dishwasher, farm sink, finish on the ceiling, gas stove, tankless water heater and probably a couple more we missed. The narrow cabinet does have shelves - they were just stacked at the bottom so they wouldn’t jostle around when they transport the unit. Also they can design their homes with accessibility, and in fact we will feature one in an upcoming video. This particular model would be difficult to make accessible because of the width at the ‘choke point’ you mentioned in the hall and bath area. Thanks for watching and thanks for commenting!
@@50pluslife360 Looking forward to you doing a video on a more accessible model. I'm always on the lookout for a tiny home builder that will modify a kitchen to a real ADA kitchen that would have roll under sinks and countertops and a low stove top. That would mean all countertops would be lower like table height too. I'm not ready for one yet, but doing my research to see who might build one like that. I think most consider that custom and they don't do custom. If you come across a manufacturer that would do this, let us know in your videos. Thanks.
Love the color choices on this one.
I checked out their website and really like their homes. Thanks for showcasing this tiny home business.
Our pleasure!
Great lookin' park model!
I think so too!
Very nice! Really like the green. Lot's of space throughout with plenty of options!
Thanks so much!
Intro music made me feelblioe i was either watching a disney movie or on a disney ride lol I loved it. House is great too!
Thanks! Mrs. Tammy thought the music was Disney - like too, that's why she used it.

I’m pretty sure Phoenix would work with you on that!
