While addressing the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana beneficiaries via video conference, Prime Minister Narendra Modi got emotional after a beneficiary, Deepa Shah, broke down and thanked him for launching the scheme. She compared the PM to God and added that she was unable to speak and the scheme helped her recover.
