😢❤❤🎉 Son, I wasn’t an upstanding mom and I’ve disappointed you countless times. And then you turned your other cheek and showed me grace and mercy. And then through God could this have been possible, you said you forgave me with tears in your eyes. I am undeserving of your love. Yet it is solid and unconditional. Thank you baby, for being the Godly man that you are and for never giving up on me. God knows how many times I’ve given up on myself. But seeing how you and your siblings continuously prayed for me, how could I give up? You guys are my whole world and I am so so so sorry for allowing the addictions take over me. If I could go back and relive them moments, I would’ve definitely done things differently. But I was going through just as much as you guys were at the time. I felt abandoned by my family. And especially by grandma. I felt like my family didn’t love me anymore and just threw me out with no where to go. It was a dark time for us and I just thank God that we were able to overcome the difficulties that life threw at us and our family. It made you who you are today and I am so so proud of you and all of your accomplishments. And thank you son for your forgiveness. Your brothers and sisters as well. Like I said, I don’t deserve your forgiveness. And I know it’s all glory to God that our family was able to come together and be happy again.

And just know sis that then is dead now is right now and that will never be now again. So today is the blessing the work the choices that lead tomorrow and it’s grace or not. Rise up with peace and be renewed! Imua and Akua is Love

This was the longest shortest podcast I’ve ever watched. Long meaning I’ve never sat and watched something on UA-cam longer than 30 minutes short meaning I watched the entire 1hr and 35 minutes and it still felt like I could’ve watched a lot more. I’m truly inspired by Jesus in the midst of both stories between both men in this video. God’s grace and goodness is evident but also the harsh reality for so many of us who grew up with similar stories. VIIA LE ALII! Mahalo Ke Akua Manaloa!! His Love never fails and His promises do come to pass. Amene.

I am not religious, but I really needed to hear this today. I come from a similar background and am now a social worker. The job can feel so exhausting sometimes that I forget my Why. Stories like mine, and like yours, are my Why. Thank you for sharing, and for holding space for these important conversations.

1:00 Yes, you have to think of the bigger picture not just of yourself but for your wife and your family. Love that! Came from tiktok and what a great video!! I watched the whole thing. I wasn't familiar with this guy Johnny Suite but what a great conversation. I resonate in my heart with so many things being poor, growing up with a single mom who did her best but also the struggles. I hope he continued to be blessed with career and gift god gave him.
