Everyone should have a Kevin in their life. Someone who takes all the emotion out and just asks you to get real with the figures. Passion doesn’t create profit if the customers aren’t there. You can be passionate about your business but there should be no passion when it comes to finances.

I still don’t even know who Arlene is. The only reason I like/watch the show is because of Mr. O’Leary’s charm and honesty. He is the only True Dragon on the Show (Dragon’s Den UK definitely has had it’s share of Dragons). Thanks for the reminder compilation.
