It could be great if you can state in your videos if the condos can be rented out for Airbnb. For example, many developers restrict condo owners from renting out their own unit to Airbnb for profit. If I buy a condo at Firenze can I then list it on Airbnb to rent it? You should be more detail in your videos since many of us are investors and not just looking for a primary residence.

They are very expensive, compared to some other condo units in the area, almost half the price difference. Iloilo is over saturated with airBnB units and they kept on building, soon there will be a bust.
I am also interested in this project but Megaworld allowed this project for rental purposes; therefore, if you want a quiet, exclusive and luxurious private life, this is not for you. "Short term rental" will ruin the tranquility in the building, just like what the residents of the Palladium are experiencing now, STR/ airBnB are destroying that luxurious living.

Thats correct. MEG projects are more ideal for end use due to their price point as they're marketed a high end units.
