need a crevice tool.. get in those cracks and run a rocker or small sluice.. a mini dredge would be ideal, no idea if that would be in the cards, but... anyway.. if you run a sluice get some of that striped rubber mat in the front of the trough where you feed the material, bigger nuggets will fall out there, before you even do any processing of concentrates.. those rice grain to large flake size gold chunks will fall out on that rubber... just saying..
