- I take a scooter ride from Coconut Grove to Downtown Miami via Brickell Avenue, Miami Avenue, and Bayshore Drive. I found a new area near the Vizcaya Museum which was pretty tranquil to ride on, but wasn't too well connected to the rest of the path to my destination. I wish this route had a bit less traffic though, it would make it a much more pleasant ride.

3:36, Unfortunately Florida has a high senior population, why would you say that? there are too many young bad drivers too!
I explained it in the video. Seniors are more likely to be involved in an auto accident than many other age groups. Young drivers are also at a higher risk.
@actionkid I really give you credit for driving on a scooter in high traffic on a main road. I don't even know how you did it when you were living in NYC because even with bike paths, it can be highly dangerous. On the positive, you don't have to walk as much anymore on your video tours and can save your legs. Nice video overall. I have a friend who lives in Coconut Grove so he will really appreciate this video.

I’ve enjoyed all your road tours, and I want to say thank you for that. But, dude, every time you blow through a red light, I cringe
Stop saying that "elderly" are not good road users. Young people under 24 are worse. I am myself a driving school instructor of 59 years old. And I teach children 17 and 18 years old. They simply don't see any danger. Older people do make mistakes, but so do younger and 30s and 40s. Driving in traffic means dealing with and anticipating the mistakes of others. Be calm in traffic and don't get mad if someone else makes a mistake. So stop blaming the elderly in traffic for bad driving and accidents. Speeding and impatience costs lives. Age has nothing to do with that.
I never said young people under age 24 are great drivers. I totally agree with you, they are the most likely age group to be involved in car collisions. However, the elderly are a high risk group of people too.
