I was at TCF for Greenway's pick in 2015 on a beautiful day. It was a 90-yard pick six that sealed the win. The place went absolutely nuts. My favorite Vikings moment ever (in person).
I'm remembering happily the animated scenes between Jim Harbaugh and Mike Ditka following the Todd Scott pick-six. That play was perhaps the greatest reversal of momentum I've ever seen in a football game.
3:53 Walker Lee Ashley on MNF against the Bears, one of my favorite plays ever The funniest part of these compilations is all the terrible Bears and Lions QBs
I remember at 4:36 - when they showed the replay, the color commentator said "Look at Eric Hipple trying to chase Holt down while carrying a fridge on his back!"
The funny thing about the Manning pick-6's is there were three others that I can think of off the top of my head that were returned inside the 5 yardline.
Harrison smith had a beast rookie season. You can tell our down years in the early 2010s when our defense didn’t even get 1 pick six for multiple seasons
🟣🟡🟣Love all! The Walker Lee Ashley 94 yard MNF pick - start at 3:53 - has always been one of my favorites. It was the 4th quarter and we were in big trouble, leading 21 - 20 as the Bears drove. Vikes won 28 - 27. Just look at the MONSTER block by one of my favorite Viking greats - Joey Browner!! SKOL!!! SORRY DITKA!!!!
You guys missed the Linval Joseph pick 6. I can't remember the year, but I remember the commentators commenting on the earth shaking because of it, and also commenting on him having the oxygen mask on afterwards.
If you had asked me who had more defensive scores, Chris Doleman or Anthony Parker, Id have bet my Vikings helmet that it would have been Doleman. I forgot that Parker had 3 straight games with end zone trips
Though Steve DeBerg threw three pick-sixes in his career against the Vikings, he would sadly get his comeuppance in 1998 as Chris Chandler's backup/QB coach/offensive coordinator. I will always hate the 1998 Falcons.
There are SO many Vikings highlight videos and all of them are so exciting! But there doesn't seem to be a video of their Super Bowl victory highlights. What can you really say about some really talented teams that saved their worst performance of the year for that most important game? They're like the Bills, they cannot win the big game, no matter how good a team they fielded in any given season.
Re-uploaded with a pick six that was missing. Thanks to John Jennissen for pointing it out.
Great compilation! Love that most of these seemed to be against division rivals…especially the very centrally-located midwest town of Tampa Bay.

The main take away from this should be the Vikings have never had a bad uniform
Those ones they had in 2009 were awful,
But overall they’ve had great uniforms
@@BAYAREA-kd1ig those were the best ones tbh
@@takedownTony6 agreed. I feel like our "worst" is our current color rush and even then those are still good uniforms
The Childress era unis sucked
@@whydoineedahandle406The best Vikings uniforms were from 1996-2005
Fun fact: In his career, Eli Manning threw as many TDs to the Vikings as he did against the Vikings (5 each).
Yes, I think he was the best non-Viking to ever play for the Vikings.
Just to watch Joey Browner roaming the field again is great. Damn he was such a great player for us.
Yeah, he has been and always will be one of my favorite Vikings. 3 Pick sixes and 2 blocks that for a team mates Pick six.
Joey browner should be in the HOF
My favorite Vikings channel. Thanks as always.
Gosh i love hearing paul allen ❤
My favorite. He can really generate excitement!
@@ericcire7709 yes he can!
Thanks for posting. Beautiful memories. Skol Vikings
I can watch this ALL DAY long. Skol Purple People Eaters!
I wondering if the Harbaugh to Del Rio pick 6 is the only time a future NFL head coach got a pick 6 off another future NFL head coach
I'm remembering happily the animated scenes between Jim Harbaugh and Mike Ditka following the Todd Scott pick-six. That play was perhaps the greatest reversal of momentum I've ever seen in a football game.
3:53 Walker Lee Ashley on MNF against the Bears, one of my favorite plays ever
The funniest part of these compilations is all the terrible Bears and Lions QBs
And ironically, the Bucs had DeBerg and Testaverde - who became Pro Bowl QB's AFTER leaving Tampa, lol.
The funniest part is all the picks against number 4.
I remember at 4:36 - when they showed the replay, the color commentator said "Look at Eric Hipple trying to chase Holt down while carrying a fridge on his back!"
Eli throwing 3 pick sixes in one game is wild
The funny thing about the Manning pick-6's is there were three others that I can think of off the top of my head that were returned inside the 5 yardline.
JOEY BROWNER HAD A BUNCH OF PICK SIXES
And notice how many of these are from pressure and the skill of the linebackers. Not playing everyone 10 yards away like last year !

Harry the hitman!
This is awesome. Special thanks to Chicago for sucking at QB since H¡tIer was alive
As a life-long Bucs fan, I bet you that there are.....7 interception returns here against them.
I was close.....six of them.
I like the one in 1993 against the Lions, on the radio they said " Lights Out"
I kind of forgot about Anthony Parker and Jimmy Hitchcock. They had some great games.
17:53 ok Leber with the QB hit and the block. What a mf stud.
This video needs some Van Ginkel!! 🤣
What about a video of “Best lateral plays”
You guys missed the Linval Joseph pick 6. I can't remember the year, but I remember the commentators commenting on the earth shaking because of it, and also commenting on him having the oxygen mask on afterwards.
It was actually a fumble-six for 64 yards. Linval's only score of his career.
Why can't Gus Johnson call every single football game that's ever played? He's awesome.
Vikings gotta get a Pick 6 in 2023. Lol
5:43 The Audible!
16:43
What a tease this game was, if you hate the Giants.
did you forget Lival Joesph's pick six against the eagles or did I just miss it
If you had asked me who had more defensive scores, Chris Doleman or Anthony Parker, Id have bet my Vikings helmet that it would have been Doleman. I forgot that Parker had 3 straight games with end zone trips

THANKS!!!
If that 2016 defense had any help at all from the offense, they would've easily made the Super Bowl.
WTF was that by the Lions' O-line at the 45-second mark? That should have been a clear false start.

Is that six total from Favre? lol
I think I was at 4 or 5 of these games
Due for 1 this year
HARASYN SMITH FOUR PICK SIXES
Eli made a lot of people rich.
So Eli just doesnt like playing the Vikings huh. 😆
Jimmy Hitchcock
2:29 false start!
SKOL
Gus Johnson such an elite announcer.
Anyone else miss Gus Johnson calling NFL games?
So many false starts
This video is a who’s who of mediocre Bears quarterbacks getting victimized
And in all that time, they haven't had a pick-6 in the Super Bowl... oh, wait.
Harrison Smith deserves to be in the HOF.
How awesome is this?! Wow, this must have taken some time to do. Thanks for sharing! Skol
