"Up" - Deen Entsminger (Argyle High School Concert Choir)

"Up" composed by Deen Entsminger, was commissioned by the Argyle High School Choir Booster Club for the debut performance of the piece by the AHS Concert Choir.
This piece is dedicated to the Choir Class of 2021, who collectively have volunteered more than 20,000 hours of rehearsal, performance, and service time throughout their four years here at Argyle High School.
This class of seniors has left a legacy that will last a lifetime and has built a foundation that will support the Argyle High School Choir program for decades to come.
We honor these seniors and everything they have done for our Choir Program by dedicating this piece to them, their legacy, and their love for one another.
Congratulations Argyle High School Class of 2021! This one is for you.

I still think about how beautiful the concert choir was in my first year of it. I’m so glad Mr Griswold was in my life. I thought of him more of a family member than of a teacher. The choir unfortunately took a turn after his departure, but there are still talented and lovely people there and my choir family will always hold a special place in my heart.
