Bro i swear i watch like 50000 videos on youtube and i can never genuinely get through a video because my attention span but TEEQOS videos are so peaceful and it feels like home to me everytime i watch it. The camera quality and the realness of the video just simplicity no flexing no partying just teeqo in his natural habitat. Ey man just start with small Baby steps. Set yourself reachable goals Like getting the Shoes you always wanted or start even smaller, cook that meal you always wanted and every night you go to bed you Write down the goal you reached today. Even of it was just calling someone that you havent in a long long time like your grandparents maybe.
Also set yourslef 1 Long Term goal which you devide into a few milestones that you work towards.

Over the last year of my life I have been going through finding myself and doing things for me rather than others. It first started with the gym and eating healthy but also with finding peace with being alone. These vlogs bring me so much excitement and joy even with just the simplicity. I love how you just are one to keep thing real and show all sides to things.

I love these vlogs Teeqo. I struggle alot with not knowing my purpose which just holds me back from doing what I know what im supposed to do. It can be really hard for me to even get up but I do it anyway, its hard for me to go to the gym but i do it anyway. Because in the back of my mind I know what I do now will determine my future. Thats how I am getting through those hurdles. Life is difficult and shoot im only 20 years old man but it sure does kick me in the ass sometimes. I know that if i dont get up then i wont be someone. This quote runs crazy in my mind 24/7 "Its not about how hard you can hit, its about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward". Love you man and i hope the best for your future endeavors. I will always come back to see what you have done. Ill give you a challenge, help someone everyday whether that be holding a door open or helping a old lady carry groceries, something to make you feel like you have a purpose.
I appreciate your transparency and honestly with your audience. It's so relatable how we get into cycles or states of doing something or feeling a lack of purpose but you just have to keep pushing yourself.
